目的

探究家庭干预联合多感官语言训练及融合趣味游戏对语言障碍儿童康复效果的影响。
方法
2
随机数字表法将2023年5月~2024年5月本院康复训练的88例语言障碍儿童分为研究组和对照组各44例。两组患儿均予以多感官语言康复及融合趣味游戏训练,研究组在此基础上增加家庭干预,共干预12周。比较两组患儿语言发育水平、口部运动功能、言语清晰度、社会心理状态及家长满意度。
结果

干预后,研究组Gesell发育诊断量表(gesell developmental scale, GDS)语言行为、个人社交、适应性评分及唇部、舌部、下颌部评分均显著高于对照组(

<0.05);研究组言语清晰度优良率(88.64%)显著高于对照组(65.91%)(
P
<0.05);研究组儿童社会焦虑量表(social anxiety scale for children, SASC)各维度评分及总分显著低于对照组(
P
<0.05);研究组家长满意度显著高于对照组(
P
<0.05)。
结论

家庭干预联合多感官语言康复训练及融合趣味游戏可提升语言障碍患儿语言发育水平,增强口部运动功能,提高言语清晰度,改善患儿社会心理状态,家长满意度较高。
Objective

To explore the impact of family intervention combined with multi-sensory language rehabilitation training and integrated fun games on the rehabilitation effect of children with language disorders.
Methods

Using a random number table method
88 children with language disorders who underwent rehabilitation training at our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were divided into a study group (
n
=44) and a reference group (
n
=44). Both groups received multi-sensory language rehabilitation and integrated fun game training. The study group additionally received family intervention. The intervention lasted for 12 consecutive weeks. The language development level [Gesell Developmental Scale (GDS) Developmental Quotient (DQ) scores
]
oral motor function (Simple Oral Motor Function Scale scores)
speech clarity
social psychological state [Social Anxiety Scale for Children (SASC) scores
]
and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results

After intervention
the study group showed significantly higher GDS language behavior
personal-social
and adaptive DQ scores
as well as higher lip
tongue
and mandible scores compared to the reference group (

0.05). The rate of excellent speech clarity in the study group (88.64%) was significantly higher than that in the reference group (65.91%) (

0.05). The study group had significantly lower SASC dimension scores and total score compared to the reference group (

0.05). Family satisfaction was significantly higher in the study group than in the reference group (

Conclusion

Family intervention combined with multi-sensory language rehabilitation training and integrated recreational games can improve language development levels in children with language disorders
enhance oral motor function
increase speech clarity
and improve children's psychosocial status
with high family satisfaction.
