摘要

目的

探究音乐疗法结合记忆力训练对轻中度认知障碍患者记忆力及日常生活能力的影响。

方法

选择2022年3月～2023年3月医院收治的103例轻中度认知障碍患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（n=51）与研究组（n=52），对照组予音乐疗法干预，研究组在对照组基础上加用记忆力训练。比较两组患者干预疗效，治疗前后认知功能、记忆力及日常生活能力。

结果

研究组患者干预总有效率（92.31%）显著高于对照组（78.43%）（

＜0.05）；干预后研究组计算能力、语言表达能力、定向力、注意力、记忆力、回忆力等认知功能评分显著高于对照组（

＜0.05）；干预后研究组瞬时记忆、再认以及延迟记忆等显著高于对照组（

＜0.05）；干预后研究组进食、穿衣、床椅转移、洗澡、大小便、修饰、平地行走、如厕、上下楼梯等日常生活能力评分显著高于对照组（

＜0.05）。

结论

轻中度认知障碍患者接受音乐疗法结合记忆力训练，有助于提高患者记忆力，改善患者日常生活能力，干预效果显著。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the influence of music therapy combined with memory training on memory and daily living ability of patients with mild to moderate cognitive impairment.

Methods

103 patients with mild to moderate cognitive impairment admitted to the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into the control group (n=51) and the study group (n=52) according to the random number table method. The control group received music therapy intervention

and the study group received memory training on the basis of the control group. The intervention efficacy

Conclusions

Music therapy combined with memory training for patients with mild to moderate cognitive impairment can improve their memory and their ability of daily living

and the intervention effect is significant.
