使用Meta分析的方法对单侧聋患者人工耳蜗植入后的临床效果进行综合分析,比较成人和儿童单侧聋患者人工耳蜗植入的效果差异。
方法

检索Embase、Cochrane以及PubMed数据库自建库至2022年11月30日公开发表的英文文章,通过制定纳入标准和排除标准,以噪声下言语识别、声源定位、生活质量及耳鸣评估为结局指标,采用RevMan 5.4对符合标准的临床研究进行Meta分析。
结果

共纳入27篇文献,涉及459名单侧聋患者(383名成人、76名儿童)。儿童相关共9篇,成人相关18篇。观察指标中,声源定位(9篇)、耳鸣评估(5篇)以及生活质量评估(6篇)结果纳入Meta分析。言语识别测试结果因异质性强,未纳入Meta分析,发现62.5%儿童患者及所有成人患者均得到明显的人工耳蜗植入后改善。声源定位上,成年患者(MD -25.98,[-29.10~-22.86],

<0.001)和儿童(MD -24.78,[-34.16~-15.40],

<0.001)均有显著改善。耳鸣方面,成人患者视觉模拟评分法评分(MD -5.73,[-6.30~-5.16],

无论成人还是儿童,单侧聋患者均可在人工耳蜗植入后获益。
Objective

To quantify the clinical benefits of cochlear implantation (CI) among individuals with single-sided deafness (SSD).
Methods

Embase
Cochrane
and PubMed were searched from database inception up to November 30
2022 for SSD and cochlear implantation or their synonyms. With the inclusion and exclusion criteria
eligible studies were involved into the review. Our outcomes of interest were speech perception in noise
sound localization
quality of life
and tinnitus assessment. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software.
Results

A total of 27 studies met inclusion criteria
involving 383 adults and 76 children with SSD receiving a cochlear implant.
Conclusions

This systematic review indicates that a cochlear implant can bring benefits to patients with associated deafness.
