目的

探索安静、不同信噪比的言语谱噪声和二人谈话噪声条件下学龄前健听儿童和人工耳蜗植入儿童声调识别情况。
方法

选取50例36~77个月的学龄前儿童,分为健听组27例和人工耳蜗植入组23例。健听组男13例,女14例,年龄54.98±9.62个月;人工耳蜗植入组男13例,女10例,年龄55.83±12.96个月。采用美国俄亥俄州立大学听力言语研究中心开发的声调测试软件在标准隔声室进行测试,获得安静、不同信噪比下的言语谱噪声和二人谈话噪声下的声调识别测试成绩,信噪比为12~-6 dB,以6 dB为一个步距。
结果

同一测试条件下,噪声及安静环境下,健听组儿童声调识别得分均显著高于人工耳蜗植入组(
P
<0.05)。健听儿童言语噪声条件下声调识别得分较二人谈话噪声条件高,且各信噪比条件下差别均具有统计学意义(
P
<0.05)。人工耳蜗植入组儿童在SNR=0的条件下言语谱噪声和二人谈话噪声得分差异有统计学意义(
P<
0.05),其余信噪比条件下无统计学差异(
P
<0.05)。
结论

安静、不同信噪比的言语噪声和二人谈话噪声条件下,学龄前健听儿童声调识别均好于人工耳蜗植入术后儿童。噪声类型对于健听儿童和人工耳蜗植入儿童的声调识别存在影响,二人谈话噪声影响更显著。
Objective

To explore the tone recognition of preschool children with normal hearing and children with cochlear implant under different testing conditions.
Methods

50 preschool children participated in this study. They were divided into a normal hearing group and cochlear implant group based on whether their hearing was normal. Among them
there were 13 males and 14 females in the normal hearing group
with age of 54.98 ± 9.62 months
13 males and 10 females in the cochlear implant group
with age of 55.83 ± 12.96 months. The test method was developed by the Ohio University . All subjects were tested for tone recognition in three test environments: quiet environment
speech spectrum noise (SSN) and two-talker babbles (TTB)
the signal-to-noise ratio under the two noise environments were - 6dB

+ 6 dB and + 12dB.
Results

Under the same test conditions
the tone recognition scores of children in the normal hearing group were higher than those in the cochlear implant group
and the difference was statistically significant (

0.05). In the normal hearing group
tone recognition scores were higher in SSN compared with TTB and the differences were statistically significant (
P
<
0.05). In the cochlear implant group
only under the condition of SNR=0 for SSN and TTB had statistically significant difference (
P
<
0.05).
Conclusion

Under different testing conditions
tone recognition in preschool children with normal hearing is better than that in cochlear implant children. The type of noise has an impact on tone recognition in children with normal hearing and cochlear implant children.
