摘要

目的调查孤独症（autism spectrum disorder

ASD）儿童早期干预工具——认知能力评估与康复软件的使用效果。方法选取18名3～8岁的ASD儿童进行为期6周的数字康复训练，分析被试在家庭环境中的使用模式和康复指标。结果 18名被试均广泛使用了认知能力评估与康复软件，训练范围涉及8项个别化教育目标（individualized educational program

IEP），习得2项IEP，完成2%～51.52%的康复计划。结论认知能力评估与康复软件可能为ASD儿童早期干预做出贡献。未来研究可选取更客观的指标，通过对照试验进一步探究认知能力评估与康复软件的疗效。

Abstract

Objective To investigate use patterns and rehabilitation outcomes of children with autism spectrum disorder（ASD） when using the cognitive ability assessment and rehabilitation software

a tablet-based early intervention tool. Methods 18 ASD children aged 3 to 8 years were selected as subjects for 6-weeks digital rehabilitation training. The use patterns in the home environment and the preliminary indicators of rehabilitation progress were analyzed. Results All 18 subjects engaged extensively with the cognitive ability assessment and rehabilitation software for rehabilitation training

being exposed to at least 8 individualizen educational program（IEP） and acquiring 2 IEPs. 18 subjects also completed 2%-51.52% of the rehabilitation program. Conclusion The cognitive ability assessment and rehabilitation software may make a useful contribution to early intervention for children with ASD. Future research exploring the efficacy of the cognitive ability assessment and rehabilitation software through controlled trials and selecting more independent indicators of functioning is warranted.
