摘要

目的探讨言语功能训练联合多感官刺激对全面发育迟缓儿童智力及语言康复的干预效果。方法选择2020年5月～2021年5月我院收治的全面发育迟缓儿童56例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与实验组，对照组进行言语功能训练，实验组进行言语功能训练加多感官刺激，对比两组儿童治疗前后口部运动功能、发育商（development quotient

DQ）及日常生活能力评分。结果两组儿童治疗后口部运动功能评分均优于治疗前，且实验组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后对照组DQ为55.92±3.20分，实验组DQ为71.42±4.07分，组间对比实验组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。两组儿童治疗后日常生活能力评分均优于治疗前，且实验组治显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论言语功能训练联合多感官刺激对全面发育迟缓儿童治疗效果显著，有利于儿童智力发育，能够促进患儿语言功能康复，提高儿童日常生活能力。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of speech function training combined with multisensory stimulation on intelligence and speech rehabilitation in children with total developmental delay. Methods 56 children with overall retardation admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into X and Y Groups with random number table method. Group X received speech function training

Group Y received words function training + more sensory stimulation.Mouth movement function

development quotient and daily life ability score of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The scores of oral motor function in both groups after treatment were better than that before treatment

and those in Group Y were higher than those in Group X（P<0.05）. After treatment

the DQ score of the Group X was 55.92±3.20 points

and the DQ score of the Group Y was 71.42±4.07 points. The comparison between the groups was significantly higher in the Group Y than in the Group X（P<0.05）. After treatment

the scores of daily living ability in both groups were better than that before treatment

and the scores of daily living ability in Group Y were higher than that in Group X（P<0.05）. Conclusion Speech function training combined with multi-sensory stimulation has a significant effect on the treatment of children with total developmental delay

which is beneficial to the intellectual development of children

promotes the recovery of language function and improves the ability of daily living of children.
