effect
difficulties and trial methods of rehabilitation for a hearing-impaired child with autism tendency for two and a half years after cochlear implant being switch-on. Methods Using observation method and text analysis to sort out the rehabilitation progress and effect of the case in different fields and periods. Results During two and a half years of individualized rehabilitation training
the individual’s cognitive and language comprehension ability has been greatly improved
and the trend is slow first and then fast
but the speech ability progresses slow
and listening habits still need to be improved
especially for poor listening concentration and coordination. Conclusion For this hearing-impaired child with autism tendency
individualized auditory and speech rehabilitation training can effectively improve his language comprehension and cognitive ability
but the improvement of speech intelligibility and subjective cooperation still requires cross-team cooperation
besides that
some concepts and methods of rehabilitation training for autistic children may be applied to auditory and speech rehabilitation training.
