Objective To explore the applicability and characteristics of hearing and speech rehabilitation method based on smart devices. Method Thirty-two children with hearing impairment in training at the China Rehabilitation Research Center for Hearing and Speech Impairment were selected for one-on-one individualized training and home training with the digital rehabilitation device. The hearing and speech ability of children were assessed once before and after the experiment

while the rehabilitation therapists and parents made a subjective assessment on the use and training effects of Ninan Hearing and Speaking. Results With the use of digital rehabilitation devices such as Ninan Hearing and Speaking

it not only reduced the training pressure of rehabilitation therapists and improved their lesson-preparation efficiency

but also provided a new home-based rehabilitation model for families of children with hearing impairment

which more effectively improved the hearing and speech abilities of the children. Conclusion The innovative rehabilitation model with remote service function and digital rehabilitation methods can meet different demands of rehabilitation therapists

parents and children with hearing impairment at the same time

and bring significant improvement to the rehabilitation effect

child’s compliance and subjective feelings of rehabilitation therapists and parents.
