Objective To explore the effects of cognitive neurologic and language training combined with sensory integration training on speech rehabilitation of autistic children. Methods A total of 105 autistic children admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2021 were selected as research subjects

and were divided into observation group（53 cases） and control group（52 cases） by the random number table method. The control group received routine rehabilitation training

and the observation group received cognitive neurologic and language training combined with sensory integration training intervention. The children’s sensory integration ability was assessed before and after the intervention

the language development status was evaluated by Gesell Developmental Scale language domain development quotient

and the children’s behavior was evaluated by autistic children behavior inventory（ABC）. The latency and amplitude of event-related potential P3 were measured before and after the intervention. Results（1）After the intervention

sensory integration scores of vestibular function

tactile abnormalities

proprioception and learning ability significantly increased in both groups（P<0.05）

and scores of each item in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.（2）After the intervention

the score of language development quotient in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）

and the scores of sensation

communication

body movement

language and total score in ABC scale were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）.（3）After the intervention

the incubation period of P3 in both groups was significantly shortened and the amplitude of P3 significantly increased. The incubation period in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group

and the amplitude was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Cognitive neurologic and language training combined with sensory training can effectively improve the language function of children with autism

which has high clinical application value.
