摘要

目的分析老年性听力损失研究热点、趋势的共同点及差异

以期为我国老年性听力损失的预防、治疗及康复提供参考资料。方法分别使用中国知网学术期刊数据库和WebofScience核心合集(sciencecitationindexexpanded

SCIEXPANDED)

检索2011～2021年老年性听力损失相关文献进行文献计量学分析。采用CiteSpace可视化软件进行关键词聚类和突显词分析。结果共检索到中文文献347篇

外文文献2739篇。中文研究热点归纳出8大类。外文研究热点归纳出9大类

耳鸣、老年性听力损失与认知、抑郁的相互作用及其影响因素研究是中文研究未来的重点。老年性听力损失人群的心理健康、孤独感、认知能力评估、衰弱等将是外文研究的重点。结论外文文献更加关注年龄相关性听力损失、听配能、人工耳蜗植入效果和康复等研究。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the hotspots

common points and differences in trends of research on presbycusis in Chinese and foreign languages and provide reference materials for prevention

treatment and rehabilitation of presbycusis. Methods The academic journal database of CNKI and the Web of Science Core Collection(Science Citation Index Expanded（SCI-EXPANDED）were used to retrieve the literature related to presbycusis from 2011 to 2021. The bibliometrics analysis was done by the databases.The keyword clustering and prominent words were analyzed by CiteSpace. Results A total of 347 Chinese articles and 2739 foreign articles were retrieved. The hot topics of Chinese research and foreign language research are classified into 8 categories and 9 categories respectively. The research on the interaction between tinnitus

senile hearing loss

cognition and depression and its influencing factors will be the focus of Chinese research in the future. Mental health

loneliness

cognitive ability assessment

frailty of the elderly with hearing loss will be the focus of foreign language research in the future. Conclusion The foreign articles pay more attention to age-related hearing loss

listening effort

cochlear implant effect and rehabilitation

etc.
