Objective To explore whether there are differences in clinical effects and gaps between online and on-site teaching in phonological training for patients with functional dysarthria. Methods Selected 37 patients with functional dysarthria and plosive abnormalities who were treated in the speech room of the Stomatological Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020 as the research objects. According to the actual conditions and wishes of the patients

they were divided into onsite group and online group. After the speech training

the results of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results 80% of children in the on-site group had a good treatment effect

and the total effective rate was 100%; the online group had a good treatment effect of 76%

and the total effective rate was 100%; there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment effect between the two groups（P>0.05）. The comparative analysis results of the training times of the two groups of children showed that there was no difference in the comparison results of the training times that the labial sound

the tip of the tongue and the root of the tongue can be improved. The results of the correlation study showed that the children’s age was positively correlated with the number of training sessions

with a strong correlation（r=0.769

P<0.001）. Conclusions Online teaching and on-site teaching have similar therapeutic effects on children with abnormal plosive. The earlier the intervention

the more timely the benefit to the children.
