Objective To analyze the effects of melody intonation therapy combined with sandplay training on hearing and speech rehabilitation in children. Methods A Selection of 80 children with cochlear implants who underwent rehabilitation in our hospital from february 2019 to february 2021 were divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method. The control group（n=40） received conventional training for an rehabilitation treatment

and the observation group（n=40） received melody intonation therapy combined with sandplay training. Auditory ability

the quality of life and the satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups before and after training. Results Before training

there was no significant difference in the scores of auditory ability and speech ability between the two groups（P>0.05）. After training

the quality of life and the satisfaction of parents in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Melody intonation therapy combined with sandplay training can significantly improve the hearing ability and speech ability of children after cochlear implantation
