Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Dr.Language-4 for children aged 3-6 with delayed language development and provide scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods 40 cases of 36-60 months children from Department of Rehabilitation of Shenyang Children’s Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into group A（n=20） with conventional treatment and group B（n=20） with the adjuvant treatment of Dr.Language-4.Language ability was evaluated and compared by software and ICF converter before and after 6 months of treatment. the statistic of Group B is much better than Group A（P<0.05） regarding the language comprehension for phrase and sentence. Conclusion It can better improve curative effect for 3-6 years old children with delayed language development to make a rational use of Dr.Language-4 instrument.
