摘要

目的探讨社会经济地位(socioeconomicstatus

SES)对突发性聋患者临床特征和治疗的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年10月～2020年10月于新华医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科治疗并配合SES调查的49例突发性聋患者

采用加和法计算其SES指数

以中位数为标准分为低SES组和高SES组

比较两组患者的生活方式、社会心理情况、临床特征和治疗特征并进行统计学分析。结果与低SES组相比

高SES组起病年龄早

锻炼少

工作紧张程度高

作息不规律

就诊时间晚

两组间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 SES与突发性聋患者的起病年龄、锻炼情况、工作紧张程度、作息规律程度、就诊时间有关。SES指数越高

突发性聋患者起病年龄越早

且就诊时间越晚

其原因可能是锻炼少、工作紧张、作息不规律。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of socioeconomic status on clinical characteristics and treatment of sudden sensorineural hearing loss（SSNHL）. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 49 patients with SSNHL who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 and were able to cooperate with SES investigation. Their SES index was calculated with addition method and the patients were divided into low-SES group and high-SES group according to the median. The lifestyle

clinical characteristics and treatment characteristics of the two groups were compared by statistical analysis to investigate the effect of SES on treatment of SSNHL. Results In comparison with low-SES group

physical exercise frequency and routine regularity were lower and work stress and time from onset to treatment were higher in high-SES group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion SES is related to the age of onset

routine regularity and time from onset to treatment of patients with SSNHL. The higher SES index

the earlier age of onset

and the later the beginning time of treatment

which may be due to less exercise

higher work stress and irregular routine.
