摘要

目的探讨神经及语言刺激疗法联合心理干预在语言障碍儿童康复中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月～2020年12月我院收治的120例语言障碍儿童患者

随机分为对照组与观察组

各60例。对照组予以语言刺激与心理干预治疗

观察组在此基础上予以经颅磁刺激疗法。治疗3个月后

比较两组患儿临床疗效、Gesell发育商、波士顿诊断性失语症检查量表评分及认知功能与言语功能。结果 (1)观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组认知功能与言语功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)观察组动作能、语言能、应物能、应人能以及总体发育商评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)观察组理解阅读、书写、复述、流利性等评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激、语言训练联合心理干预疗法对语言障碍儿童具有较好治疗效果

可显著改善患儿语言功能、认知功能及发育情况

对其阅读理解、书写、复述等功能具有积极作用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nerve stimulation and speech stimulation therapy combined with psychological intervention in the rehabilitation of children with speech disorders. Methods A total of 120 children with language disorders admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group

with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with language stimulation and psychological intervention

and the observation group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation on this basis. After three months of treatment

cognitive function and speech function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P< 0.05）. The scores of cognitive function and speech function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The scores of motor ability

physiological ability

human ability and overall development quotient in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The scores of reading comprehension

writing

retelling and fluency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Transcranial magnetic stimulation

language stimulation combined psychological intervention therapy in the treatment of children with speech disorders has a good effect

which can significantly improve the patient’s language function

and developmental situation. It has a positive effect on the function such as reading comprehension

writing and retelling.
