摘要

我们在康复实践中会遇到内耳畸形的人工耳蜗使用者。结构决定功能，内耳畸形是人工耳蜗的相对适应症，多数内耳畸形患者的听觉分辨能力会受到很大影响，因此内耳畸形患者植入耳蜗后的康复效果备受关注。该例患者存在非常严重的内耳发育畸形，我们在康复中通过医教紧密结合，给予其精准的评估与干预，经过系统的听力语言康复训练，该患者取得了较好的康复效果，顺利步入了融合教育的初级阶段。

Abstract

We often encounter cochlear implant users with inner ear abnormalities in our rehabilitation practice. Structure determines function. Inner ear malformation is the relative indication of cochlear implant

and the auditory recognation of most patients with inner ear malformation will be greatly affected. Therefore

the rehabilitation effect of patients with inner ear malformation after cochlear implantation is of great concern. The patient had a very serious inner ear malformation. We gave her precise assessment and intervention through the close combination of medical and education in the rehabilitation process. After systematic hearing and language rehabilitation training

the patient achieved good rehabilitation effect and smoothly stepped into the primary stage of integrated education.
