摘要

目的对主题为肌紧张性发声障碍（muscle tension dysphonia

MTD）的外文文献进行文献计量学分析，了解世界范围内该疾病的研究状况。方法在Web of Science核心合集中检索，检索策略为“muscle tension dysphonia”OR(“MTD”AND “voice”)，时间跨度1900～2019年，检索目标区域为Topic。将所有内容以纯文本形式导出，形成本地数据集。使用Hist Cite进行引文分析，补充不符合检索策略但被本地数据集引用次数较高的文献。使用Excel、Hist Cite、VOSviewer等工具进行数据分析提取，并对部分数据进行可视化分析。结果检索到符合条件的文献共241篇，总被引次数3621次，每项平均被引次数15.02次，h-index为31。补充密切相关文献18篇。其中，以英文发表的文献最多，共233篇，占比高达96.7%，其它语言不足5%。美国是发表此类研究文献最多的国家，拥有较多研究机构和作者。发表此类研究最多的期刊是《Journal of Voice》，共发表相关文献100篇。通过关键词分析对MTD的研究热点进行了展望。结论 MTD是一种多因素导致的嗓音异常及咽喉部不适症状，目前研究尚未能完全对其进行解析，对该病的治疗方案仍在不断探索中。目前MTD诊治中仍存在较多问题，需要研究者进行更加深入的探讨。

Abstract

Objective A bibliometric analysis of foreign literature on the topic of muscle tension dysphonia（MTD） was conducted to understand the status of research on this disease worldwide. Methods Publications in the Web of Science core collection were searched

the retrieval strategy was “muscle tension dysphonia” OR（“MTD” AND “voice”） [topic]

the timespan was “1900-2019”

AND the retrieval target area was “Topic”. Exported all the content as plain text to form a local dataset. HistCite was used to analyze the literature citation

and the literature that was not in line with the retrieval strategy but had high citation times by the local dataset was supplemented to the local dataset. Data analysis and extraction were performed by using tools such as Excel

VOSviewer

etc. Results A total of 241 qualified references were retrieved

with a total citation frequency of 3621

an average citation frequency of 15.02 for each item

and an h-index of 31.18 closely related articles were added. Among these articles

233 were written in English

accounting for 96.7% of the total

and less than 5% in other languages. The United States was the country that published the most such research literature and had the most relevant research institutions and authors. The Journal of Voice published the most research about MTD

with 100 articles. The research hotspot of MTD was analyzed by keyword analysis. Conclusion MTD is a multifactorial spectrum of pathological conditions

which has not been fully analyzed by the current research

and the treatment of MTD is still under exploration. At present

there are still many problems in the diagnosis and treatment of MTD.
