摘要

先天外中耳畸形作为颌面部先天畸形不利发病率第2的疾病

对婴幼儿耳部外观形态、听觉、言语、心理、性格等方面有直接影响

特别是对听觉言语功能及心智发育。本文围绕早发现、早干预、早康复的原则

简述了先天外中耳畸形的流行病学特点、病因、分类和早期干预的必要性及重要性

介绍了对婴幼儿外中耳畸形患者的早期听力学客观诊断、干预、评估验证的方法与策略。

Abstract

Congenital malformation of external and middle ear is one of the most common diseases of maxillofacial congenital malformations. It directly affects infants’ appearance

hearing

speech

and psychoemotional development. Especially

the impact on auditory

speech and language skills and cognitive development is lifelong. Based on the principles of early detection

early intervention

and early rehabilitation

the current article briefly introduces the prevalence

etiology and classification and the necessity and importance of early intervention. Audiological objective diagnosis

evaluation

intervention

hearing device verification and validation for infants with external and middle ear malformations are discussed as well.
