摘要

目的运用meta分析法分析配戴助听器在改善老年性聋患者抑郁方面的作用。方法对PubMed、CNKI、VIP和万方数据库进行搜索，收集2020年6月前国内外公开发表的关于助听器配戴与老年性聋患者抑郁的文献。针对符合纳入标准的文献资料进行meta分析。结果本研究共纳入4篇文献，共301名被试。横断面研究发现配戴助听器可改善老年性聋患者抑郁症状（OR

2.58;95%CI

1.46～3.66）。前瞻性队列研究发现配戴助听器不能改善老年性聋患者抑郁症状（OR

0.87;95%CI

0.24～1.50），亚组分析中，通过随访时间、文献发表年份和样本量大小发现配戴助听器和老年性聋患者抑郁改善有关。结论配戴助听器可改善老年性聋患者抑郁症状，随着助听器功能的改进，短期改善抑郁效果较好。

Abstract

Objective To prove the role of hearing aids in improving depression in presbycusis

we combined existed studies to make a meta-analysis. Methods We collected the information about the hearing aids and depression of presbycusis before March

VIP and WanFang Data

then meta-analysis were conducted by RevMan 5.3. Results A total of 4 articles including 618 participants were included in this study. In cross-sectional studies

hearing aids were found to improve depressive symptoms in presbycusis（OR

2.58; 95%CI

1.46～3.66）. In prospective cohort studies

hearing aids were not found to improve depressive symptoms in presbycusis（OR

0.87; 95%CI

0.24～1.50）. In further subgroup analysis

hearing aids improved depression in presbycusis by follow-up time

literature publication time and sample size. Conclusion Wearing hearing aids can improve depressive symptoms in presbycusis

with the improvement of hearing aid function
