摘要

目的

探讨乌鲁木齐市老年性听力损失（age-related hearing loss，ARHL）的发生现状及影响因素。

方法

2024年7月～10月，采用随机整群抽样法抽取乌鲁木齐市2所卫生服务中心符合纳入排除标准的社区老年人为研究对象，通过自制问卷调查、临床资料收集及纯音听阈测试的方法采集数据，采用Logisitic回归和多元线性回归分析社区老年人听力损失发生的影响因素。

结果

共回收有效问卷647份，社区老年人听力损失患病率为67.4％。Logisitic回归分析结果显示，高龄、男性、高血压史及吸烟史是影响平均听阈的主要因素（

0.05）；多元线性回归分析结果显示，高龄、男性、高血压史、吸烟史及缺齿是影响老年人高频听阈的主要因素（

0.05）。

结论

乌鲁木齐市社区老年人听力损失患病率处于中等水平，影响社区老年人听力损失的主要因素是高龄、男性、高血压史、吸烟史及缺齿。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the current status and influencing factors of age-related hearing loss (ARHL) among the elderly in Urumqi.

Methods

Between July and October 2024

we conducted a community-based study using random cluster sampling to recruit eligible elderly participants from two community health centers in Urumqi. Data collection included standardized questionnaires

clinical record extraction

and pure-tone audiometry. Logistic regression and multiple linear regression analyses were performed to identify determinants of hearing loss in this elderly population.

Results

647 valid questionnaires were collected. The prevalence of hearing loss among the 647 elderly community residents was 67.4%. Logistic regression analysis revealed that advanced age

male gender

history of hypertension

and smoking history were the main factors affecting the average hearing threshold (

0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that advanced age

male

history of hypertension

smoking history

and tooth loss were the main factors influencing the high-frequency hearing threshold (

0.05).

Conclusion

The prevalence of hearing loss among elderly community residents in Urumqi is at a moderate level. Factors such as advanced age

male gender

history of hypertension

smoking history

and tooth loss are significant contributors to age-related hearing loss.
