耳鸣是一种病因复杂且具有高度异质性的耳科疑难病症。由于其具有高度主观性,评估与量化一直是临床诊疗和科学研究的难点。耳鸣量表作为耳鸣评估的核心工具,为耳鸣临床研究提供了标准化的测量手段。本文综述了临床及研究中常用耳鸣量表的评估方法、维度、效度信度及临床应用特点,分析了不同量表在临床评估、疗效监测和机理机制研究中的多重应用价值,探讨了现有量表的局限性,并对未来发展趋势进行展望。
Tinnitus is a complex otological disorder characterized by multifaceted etiological factors and high clinical heterogeneity. Given its inherently subjective nature
the evaluation and quantification of tinnitus remain persistent challenges in both clinical management and scientific research. Tinnitus scales
serving as the key-tools for tinnitus assessment
provide standardized measurement approaches for clinical research. This paper reviews the evaluation methods of tinnitus and their dimensions
validity
reliability and application characteristics in clinical and research contexts; Elucidates the multidimensional applications of different scales in clinical evaluation
therapeutic outcome tracking and pathophysiological mechanism exploration.Further
it critically evaluates the limitations of current tinnitus subjective questionnaires with an outlook to the future development trend.
