主观性耳鸣是病因复杂且具有高度异质性的耳科疑难病症。声疗法是一种通过实施特定频率与强度的外源性声刺激干预主观性耳鸣的感知和反应方法,主要包括掩蔽疗法、切迹音乐疗法、切迹掩蔽音乐疗法、耳鸣神经音乐疗法、海德堡神经音乐疗法、强直声治疗、抵消法和听力补偿法等多种方法。由于耳鸣机制复杂且患者主观差异,现有声治疗方法的机理和疗效需要深入探究。本文综述临床研究中常用声疗法的机理、治疗方法和疗效,比较不同声疗法的治疗周期和适用人群,探讨其局限性,并展望进一步研究方向。
Subjective tinnitus is a complicated and highly heterogeneous otological condition with intricate etiology. Sound therapy is a method involving the application of exogenous acoustic stimuli at specific frequencies and intensities to modulate the perception and response to subjective tinnitus. the underlying mechanisms and therapeutic efficacy of existing sound therapies require further in-depth investigation. This review summarizes the mechanisms
methodologies
and clinical outcomes of commonly used sound therapies in clinical research
compares their treatment durations and target populations
discusses their limitations
and outlines future research directions.
