摘要

目的

探讨听障儿童家长的亲职压力特点，分析其与心理灵活性的关系。

方法

采用亲职压力量表、接纳与行动问卷第二版（acceptance action questionnaire-Ⅱ，AAQ－II）和认知融合问卷（cognitive fusion questionnaire，CFQ）对135名听障儿童家长进行问卷调查。

结果

①47.4%的听障儿童家长亲职压力处于高水平及非常高水平；②不同受教育程度和家庭人均月收入的听障儿童家长亲职压力存在显著差异（

＜0.01）；③听障儿童家长亲职压力总分及亲职愁苦、亲子互动失调、困难儿童3个维度分别与心理灵活性的经验性回避和认知融合呈显著正相关（

＜0.01）；④多元回归分析结果显示，家庭人均月收入对家长亲职压力有负向预测作用，经验性回避和认知融合对家长亲职压力有正向预测作用，分别能解释亲职压力变异的27%和37%。

结论

听障儿童家长亲职压力处于较高水平，心理灵活性对其亲职压力有重要影响，可通过提高心理灵活性改善听障儿童家长的亲职压力。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the characteristics of parental stress in parents of hearing-impaired children

and to analyze the relationship between parental stress and psychological flexibility.

Method

A questionnaire survey was conducted on 135 parents of hearing-impaired children using Parental Stress Scale

Acceptance Action Questionnaire－Ⅱ(AAQ－II)

and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ).

Results

Parental stress among 47.4% of parents of hearing-impaired children were at high and very high level. There were significant differences in parental stress among parents of hearing-impaired children with different education level and per capita monthly household income (

＜0.01); The total score of parental stress and three dimensions including parental distress

dysfunctional parent-child interaction and difficult children among parents of hearing-impaired children were significantly positively correlated with empirical avoidance and cognitive integration of psychological flexibility (

＜0.01). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the per capita monthly income of families had a negative predictive effect on parental stress

while empirical avoidance and cognitive fusion had positive predictive effect on parental stress

explaining respectively 27% and 37% of the variation in parental stress.

Conclusion

The parental stress among parents of hearing-impaired children is at a higher level

and psychological flexibility has an important impact on the stress. Enhancing these parents'psychological flexibility can improve their parental stress.
