摘要

目的

探讨基于格林模式的健康教育结合听觉认知训练应用于老年突发性耳聋患者的效果。

方法

选取2022年5月～2024年5月四川大学华西医院康复医学科102例老年突发性耳聋患者，随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各51例。对照组采用常规健康教育结合听觉认知训练，研究组采用基于格林模式的健康教育结合听觉认知训练。比较两组“知信行”得分、自我效能、生活质量、听力康复情况。

结果

研究组总有效率显著高于对照组（

＜0.05）。干预1个月、2个月，两组“知信行”得分、一般自我效能感量表（general self-efficacy scale，GSES）得分、简明健康状况问卷（short form 36 health survey questionnaire，SF-36）得分均较干预前显著升高（

＜0.05），且研究组显著高于对照组（

＜0.05）。

结论

基于格林模式的健康教育结合听觉认知训练应用于老年突发性耳聋患者，能提高知信行水平，改善自我效能、生活质量，促进听力康复。

Abstract

Objective

To study the effects of health education based on Green model combined with auditory cognitive training on sudden deafness in the elderly.

Methods

102 elderly patients with sudden deafness from the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from May 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method

with 51 patients in each group. The control group received conventional health education combined with auditory cognitive training

while the research group received health education combined with auditory cognitive training based on the Green's model. Compare the level of knowledge

self-efficacy

quality of life and hearing recovery of two groups.

Results

After 2 months of intervention

the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (

0.05). After 1 and 2 months of intervention

the scores of knowledge and behavior

General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES) scores and Short Form 36 Health Survey Questi

onnaire (SF-36) scores of the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before intervention (

0.05)

and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group (

0.05).

Conclusions

Health education based on Green model combined with auditory cognitive training can improve the level of knowledge

self-efficacy

quality of life and hearing recovery in elderly patients with sudden deafness.
