目的

评估人工耳蜗植入儿童的生活质量水平及差异,并分析其影响因素。
方法

从2023年北京市听力残疾人工耳蜗使用状况及满意度抽查项目中选取听力残疾儿童50名,采用人工耳蜗植入儿童家庭生活质量表(children using hearing implants quality of life,CuHIQoL)进行评估。采用

检验和方差分析研究人工耳蜗植入儿童的生活质量水平及不同性别、植入侧别、人工耳蜗使用时间(3年以内、3~6年、6年以上)、不同年龄分组(0~3岁组、3~6岁组、6岁以上组)儿童生活质量水平的差异。采用逐步回归分析逐步stepwise法探讨人工耳蜗植入儿童的年龄、植入侧别、确诊年龄、人工耳蜗使用时间、术后康复形式、康复内容、康复频率对其生活质量的影响。
结果

不同
年龄分组样本生活质量均呈显著差异(

0.05),其他因素未表现出显著差异(

0.05)。逐步回归分析模型为生活质量=2.738-0.108*年龄+0.159*康复频率。年龄对人工耳蜗植入儿童的生活质量产生显著的负向影响,康复频率对生活质量产生显著的正向影响。
结论

关注不同年龄段人工耳蜗植入儿童的生活质量,康复训练时要保证康复训练频率。
Objective

To evaluate the quality of life level as well as the variability in children after cochlear implant surgery. To analyze the factors influencing the quality of life of children after cochlear implant surgery.
Methods

The Family quality of life table of the implanted children (Children Using Hearing Implants Quality of Life
CuHIQoL) was used to evaluate the postoperative quality of life of 50 children with cochlear implants in Beijing. The t-test and variance analysis were used to study the quality of children's quality of life

All the samples of the different age groups showed significant values for quality of life (

while none of the other samples showed significance (

0.05). The stepwise regression analysis model was: quality of life =2.738-0.108 * age + 0.159 * rehabilitation frequency. Ages had a significant negative effect on QoL
and rehabilitation frequency had a significant positive effect on QoL.
Conclusion

Pay attention to the quality of life of cochlear implant children of different ages after surgery
and ensure the frequency of rehabilitation training.
