摘要

目的

探究体育游戏对孤独症谱系障碍（autism spectrum disorder，ASD）儿童语言交往能力的影响。

方法

选取我院60名3～6岁ASD儿童随机分为实验组与对照组各30例。利用儿童孤独症评定量表（childhood autism rating scale，CARS）和孤独症疗效评估量表（autism treatment evaluation checklist，ATEC）对干预前后患儿的语言交往能力进行评估，同时使用重复测量方差分析对比前后测差异。

结果

两组干预后CARS量表与ATEC量表中除行为项目外的评分均具有显著差异（

0.05）。实验组基线期的主动语言沟通平均次数为1.4次；干预期平均次数4.8次，且主动语言沟通趋势不断提升；维持期平均次数为3.4次，且呈缓慢上升趋势。干预后实验组主动目光接触、肢体动作与语言沟通行为分别增加了12.8倍、1.3倍与1.5倍，肢体语言与主动语言沟通的进步速率提升较大。

结论

体育游戏干预方法能有效改善ASD儿童语言交往能力，缓解患儿的沟通障碍与社交障碍。

Abstract

Objective

Exploring the impact of sports games on the language communication ability of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Methods

Sixty children aged 3-6 with ASD in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group

30 in each group. We use the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) and Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC) to evaluate the language communication ability of children before and after the intervention

and compare the differences before and after the intervention using repeated measures analysis of variance.

Results

There was a significant statistical significance (

0.05) in the comparison of the scores of each item on the CARS and ATEC scales without the behavioral score after intervention between the two groups. The average number of active language communication attempts in the experimental group during the baseline period was 1.4. The average number of expected interventions reached 4.8

and the trend of active language communication was constantly improving. The average frequency during the maintenance period was 3.4 and still showed a slow upward trend. After intervention

Conclusion

Sports game intervention methods can effectively improve the language communication ability of ASD children

alleviating their communication and social barriers.
