目的

探究奖励法语言训练在功能性言语障碍患儿康复中的应用效果。
方法
2
选择2021年3月~2023年3月本院收治的功能性言语障碍患儿126例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=63)与研究组(n=63)。对照组接受常规语言训练,研究组在此基础上实施奖励法语言训练。比较两组疗效及治疗前后一次性吹气时间、鼓气时间、最长发声时间、口部运动功能、语音清晰度、语言行为能力及发音障碍情况。
结果

研究组治疗总有效率(93.65%)显著高于对照组(80.95%)(

<0.05)。两组治疗后一次性吹气、鼓气及最长发声时间比治疗前长,且研究组显著高于对照组(
P
<0.05)。两组治疗后下颌部、唇部及舌部运动功能评分比治疗前高,且研究组显著高于对照组(
P
<0.05)。两组治疗后语音清晰度、语言行为能力评分比治疗前高,噪音障碍指数量表(voice handicap index,VHI)评分比治疗前低,且研究组显著优于对照组(
P
<0.05)。
结论

奖励法语言训练在功能性言语障碍患儿康复中的应用效果确切,可提升患儿口腔运动功能。
Objective

To explore the application effect of reward language training to the rehabilitation of school-age children with functional communication disorder.
Methods

126 school-age children with functional communication disorder admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group (n=63) and study group (n=63) according to random number table method. The control group received conventional language training
and the study group received reward language training on this basis. The effects of the two groups were compared before treatment and after treatment
including one-time blowing time
blowing time
longest vocal time
oral motor function
speech articulation
speech behavior ability and articulation disorder.
Results

The total effective rate of the study group was 93.65%
which was significantly higher than 80.95% of the control group (
P
<0.05). After treatment
the time of one-time blowing
blowing and longest vocalization in the two groups was longer than that before treatment
and the study group was significantly longer than the control group (
P
<0.05). The motor function scores of mandibular
lip and tongue in two groups were higher after treatment than before treatment
and the study group was significantly higher than the control group (
P
<0.05). After treatment
the speech articulation and language behavior ability scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment
and the voice handicap index (VHI) score was lower than before treatment
and the study group was significantly better than the control group (
P
<0.05).
Conclusion

Reward language training is effective in the rehabilitation of school-age children with functional communication disorder and can improve their oral motor function.
