[ "张敏,博士,助理研究员,毕业于华中科技大学同济医学院临床医学专业,获美国匹兹堡大学言语及听力康复学博士学位,就职于复旦大学附属华东医院上海市老年医学临床重点实验室,开展认知听力学研究工作。研究兴趣及方向为听配能在听障者听觉认知功能康复中的应用、听配能心理生理测量方法的临床转化及外周和中枢听觉功能评估的普及推广。2015年首次将认知听力学中的重要概念——听配能(listening effort)引入国内。近5年围绕该主题以第一/通讯作者发表论文10余篇,其中SCI收录5篇。主持完成中国残联课题(省部级)1项,参与国家自然科学基金重大研究计划(培育项目)、上海市临床重点专科建设项目和国家重点研发计划项目各1项。参与编写科普专著2部。获发明专利3项。研究方向:听配能在听觉认知功能康复中的应用和听配能心理生理测量方法的临床转化,E-mail:miz18@pitt.edu" ]

本文通过回顾听配能概念进入中国8年间国内外关于该主题的研究进展,梳理了该领域的关键突破点,分析我国在听配能领域研究和临床应用的主要挑战和积极前景。
In this article
the domestic and international research progress on the listening effort construction across the past 8 years was reviewed. The key breakthroughs in this field were summarized. The main challenges and positive prospects of research and clinical application in the field of listening effort in China were addressed.
