人工耳蜗植入(CI)手术已成为重度-极重度老年性听力损失患者听力言语康复的重要手段。老年人群常合并有多种基础疾病而无法耐受全麻操作,本研究旨在通过1例局麻人工耳蜗植入手术的实施、残余听力的保留,探索局部麻醉在老年性听力损失人工耳蜗植入手术中的可行性。
Cochlear implant (CI) surgery has become an important means of hearing and speech rehabilitation for patients with severe-extremely severe sensorineural hearing loss. The elderly often have multiple underlying medical conditions that make them unable to tolerate general anesthesia. In this case
cochlear implant surgery under local anesthesia was performed and residual hearing was preserved
we aims to explore the feasibility of local anesthesia in cochlear implant surgery for age related hearing loss.
