采用气导纯音听阈测试,对2021年9月~2022年10月在儿童保健门诊体检的2098例学龄儿童进行听力检测,测试500、1000、2000、4000 Hz的平均听阈。任一耳4个频率平均听阈>25 dB HL,判定为结果异常。使用SPSS 13.0统计软件对所得数据进行描述性统计分析,计数资料以n(%)表示。

2098例学龄儿童语频区气导纯音听阈测定结果显示,101例异常,异常率4.81%。
结论

语频区气导纯音听阈测定应用于学龄儿童听力筛查,有利于学龄儿童听力损失的早发现和早干预。

Exploring the application value of air conduction pure tone hearing threshold measurement in the speech frequency range in hearing screening for school-age children.
Methods

2098 school-age children who underwent physical examination at the Children's Health Clinic from September 2021 to October 2022 underwent air conduction pure tone audiometry technology at 500
1000
2000
and 4000 Hz
respectively
and the average hearing thresholds at four frequencies were obtained. If the average hearing threshold of any four frequencies in any ear is greater than 25 dB HL
it is determined that the result is abnormal. Using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for analysis
descriptive statistical analysis was used
and the counting data was expressed in n (%).

Among 2098 school-age children who underwent air conduction pure tone audiometry in the speech frequency range
101 were abnormal
with an abnormal rate of 4.81%.
Conclusion

The application of air conduction pure tone hearing threshold measurement in the speech frequency range in hearing screening for school-age children is beneficial for early detection and intervention of hearing loss in school-age children.
