目的

探究音乐疗法联合语言训练对发育迟缓儿童语言康复的作用。
方法

以2018年2月~2021年2月南京市溧水区人民医院收治的50例语言发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,采用随机法分为观察组及对照组各25例。对照组给予常规语言训练干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予音乐疗法联合语言训练干预。比较两组干预前后Gesell婴幼儿发展量表、语言行为评估量表(verbal behavior assessment scale,VerBAS)、儿童感觉综合评定量表(children's sensory integration rating scale,CSIRS)、美国智力低下协会适应行为量表(American association for mental deficiency adaptive behavior scale,AAMD-ABS)及干预后概念性模式服务质量量表(service quality,sSERVQUAL)评分。
结果

观察组干预后Gesell婴幼儿发展量表、VerBAS、CSIRS、AAMD-ABS评分及总分均显著高于对照组(

0.05);观察组sSERVQUAL评分显著高于对照组(

0.05)。
结论

音乐疗法联合语言训练可改善发育迟缓儿童的语言功能,并能提高其适应能力、感觉功能。
Objective

To explore the effect of music therapy combined with speech training on language rehabilitation of children with developmental delay.
Methods

A total of 50 children with language development delay admitted to Lishui District People's Hospital in Nanjing city from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by block randomization method
with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention
while the observation group was given music therapy combined with speech training intervention on the basis of the control group. The scores of Gesell Infant Development Scale
Verbal Behavior Assessment Scale (VerBAS)
Children's Sensory Integration Rating Scale (CSIRS)
American Association for Mental Deficiency Adaptive Behavior Scale (AAMD-ABS) and PZB Service Quality Scale (sSERVQUAL) were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.

The music therapy combined with speech training can improve the language function
adaptive ability and sensory function of in children with developmental delay.
