总结高中生个人音频设备的使用情况和特点,为开展青少年用耳和听力保健防控工作提供参考。
方法

对横断面研究调查的1768例高中生问卷调查结果进行分析,并对随机抽取的20例(40耳)听力检测结果进行总结。
结果

受调高中生的个人音频播放器(personal audio players,PAP)和耳机使用率(98.64%、94.12%)高,启用中位年龄低,分别为10(8,11)岁、12(10,13)岁;耳机用途以娱乐为主(99.70%),学习(38.40%)次之,使用年限长,使用习惯不佳;使用耳机存在一定的性别差异(

0.05)。听力检测发现1例(1耳)轻度传导性听力损失并难以改善。
结论

高中阶段青少年存在娱乐性强声/噪声暴露风险,需加强用耳和听力保健相关知识的普及和教育。
Objective

To summarize the usage and characteristics of personal audio devices in high school students
and to provide reference for the prevention and control of ear and hearing health care for adolescents.
Methods

The results of questionnaire survey of 1768 high school students in cross-sectional study were analyzed
and the hearing test results of randomly selected 20 students (40 ears) were summarized.
Results

The usage rates of personal audio players (PAP) and earphones were high (98.64% and 94.12%)
while the median age was low

11) and 12 (10
13) years old. The use of headphones was mainly for entertainment (99.70%)
followed by learning (38.40%)
and the use duration was long
but the use of habits were not good. There were some gender differences in the specific use of headphones (

0.05). The hearing test found 1 case (1 ear) with mild conductive hearing loss that was difficult to improve.
Conclusions

High school adolescents are at risk of recreational loud/noise exposure and need to receive more ear and hearing health related education.
