糖尿病是一种临床常见的老年基础性疾病,常合并听力损害。糖尿病患者中约有35%~50%最终发生不同严重程度的听力损伤,主要表现为高频听力下降,双侧对称性、进行性起病,伴有或不伴有眩晕、耳鸣等症状。其发病机制较复杂,高糖引起的血管及神经病变会对糖尿病患者耳蜗代谢、耳蜗微循环及其结构和功能带来变化,但其具体发病基础和机制尚不明确。本文主要对糖尿病患者听力损害的发病机制及其治疗进展进行综述。
Diabetes is a common clinical basic disease in the elderly
often accompanied by complications - hearing impairment. Previous studies have shown that about 35%~50% of diabetic patients eventually suffer from different severities of hearing loss. Hearing loss is mainly manifested by high frequency hearing loss
bilateral symmetry
progressive onset
accompanied by or without vertigo
tinnitus and other symptoms. The pathogenesis of this disease is rather complicated. It is believed that the changes of cochlea metabolism and cochlear microcirculation and its structure and function may be caused by high glucose induced vascular and neuropathy. However
the specific pathogenesis and mechanism of this hearing loss are not yet clear. This article mainly reviews the pathogenesis and treatment progress of hearing impairment in diabetic patients.
