摘要

目的

分析婴儿听力诊断前口服水合氯醛后入睡时间、镇静效果及不良反应。

方法

收集100例2～10月婴儿口服水合氯醛后入睡时间和镇静效果数据，观察服药的不良反应并进行分析。

结果

镇静成功率为94%，失败率为6%，包括5例部分有效和1例无效。1例无效是因屏气发作停止喂药，未入睡没有进行测试。服药后0～5分钟入睡66例（66.7%），6～10分钟入睡22例（22.2%），11～30分钟入睡11例（11.1%）。不良反应包括即刻吐出或呕吐5例、屏气发作4例和过敏性皮疹1例。

结论

多数婴儿口服水合氯醛镇静效果好，可以配合完成听力诊断测试，服药后入睡时间短，为临床药物的选择、给药方式和给药时间点提供了依据。屏气发作是常见的不良反应，发作后不补药也入睡好。过敏性皮疹的症状差异为服药风险的防范提供了经验和数据。

Abstract

Objective

Analyzing the sedation onset

efficacy and adverse effects of chloral hydrate (CH) in hearing diagnosis of infants.

Methods

Collecting the data of sedation onset time and efficacy of CH in 100 cases of 2-10 month old infant

observing and analyzing the adverse effects of sedation.

Results

CH sedation was successful in 94 of 100 infants

and failed in 6 infants including 5 partial effective and 1 ineffective. This ineffective case failed to sedate because of breath-holding spells and we stopped administering sedative. 66 of 99 infants (66.7%) fell asleep within 5 min

22 infants (22.2%) fell asleep between 6-10 min

11 infants (11.1%) fell asleep between 11-30 min. Adverse effects were 5 cases of spitting or vomiting

4 cases of breath-holding spells and 1 case of allergic eruption.

Conclusion

The outcomes for CH as sedative for infant hearing diagnosis is very successful. The time onset for sedation is short for most infants and these data provide useful information for the choices of CH sedative procedure including methods of sedation and time of administering. Breath-holding spells are one of the common adverse effects and most of these cases feel asleep well without giving the full initial dose. Different symptoms of allergic eruption of our case provide clinical experience for the risk prevention of CH sedation.
