Objective To grasp the research hotspots and methods of children’s speech and language disorders in China in the past 30 years. Methods The literature related to children’s speech and language disorders from 1990 to 2021 was searched in CNKI database
and the visual analysis tool CiteSpace was used to present the knowledge graph of keyword co-occurrence

with the highest number of articles published which is 24. "Cluster #0" hearing-impaired children and "cluster #1" autistic children cover the time span from 1990 to 2021
and are the largest subjects. Conclusion At present
the research results are fruitful
and the cooperation between relevant research institutions is getting closer and closer. With the deepening of the research on speech and language disorders in children in China
it is still necessary to strengthen professional
standardized and personalized research
improve the quality of speech therapy.
