基于ECNU阶梯模式的语言发育迟缓儿童语音模仿技能干预个案研究
摘要
目的 探究华东师范大学阶梯式儿童语言干预模式(child language intervention ECNU ladder model)对语言发育迟缓儿童语音模仿技能的康复作用。方法 根据1名语言发育迟缓患儿语言能力评估结果,结合ECNU阶梯模式为其制订语音模仿能力康复方案,并进行为期1个月的干预,通过干预前后语言能力评估结果,分析语言康复效果。结果 干预后患儿的语音模仿频次和正确率有明显提高,主动发起有意义语音的意识明显增强,为后续的口语表达奠定了基础。结论 ECNU阶梯模式有效提升了语言发育迟缓儿童语音模仿能力,能够为语言障碍患儿语言康复提供借鉴。
Abstract
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of Child Language Intervention ECNU Ladder Model on vocal imitation skills in children with language development delay. Method According to the assessment results of speech ability of a child with language retardation
the rehabilitation program of vocal imitation ability was developed based on the ECNU ladder model
and the intervention lasted for 1 month. The effect of speech rehabilitation was analyzed by the assessment results of language ability before and after the intervention. Results After rehabilitation
the children’s vocal imitation frequency and correct rate were significantly improved
and the awareness of initiating meaningful speech was significantly enhanced
which laid a foundation for the subsequent oral expression. Conclusion ECNU ladder model can effectively improve the vocal imitation ability of children with language development delay
and can provide reference for clinical language rehabilitation of children with language disorders.
