Sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL) is a common clinical type of hearing impairment
It is mainly due to the damage of hair cells of the cochlear spiral organ and the pathway above the acoustic nerve
resulting in the difficullties of sound perception
nerve conduction and cortical dysfunction
which leads to hearing loss. It accounts for more than 90% of all hearing impairment and seriously affects people’s daily work and life. Because SNHL is the most common in clinic
the incidence is high
the etiology
pathogenesis and pathological changes are complex and diverse
the treatment methods are different
and the overall curative effect is different
so choosing the right treatment method is of great significance for hearing improvement or recovery. Therefore this paper summarizes the progress in the treatment of SNHL at home and abroad
in order to provide some reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of SNHL.
