同伴教育在老年听力损失患者配戴助听器后的应用研究
摘要
目的 探讨基于同伴教育的延续护理在老年听力损失患者配戴助听器后的助听效果影响研究。方法 选取2020年1月~2021年3月验配中心就诊的老年听力损失患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采用传统延续护理干预方法,研究组采用同伴教育的听力培训与健康教育等延续护理。对比分析两组患者在助听器配戴3个月后助听器效果国际性问卷(the International outcome inventory for hearing aids
IOI-HA)、日常生活助听满意度问卷(the satisfaction with amplification in daily life
Objective To explore the effect of continuing nursing based on peer education on hearing aids in elderly patients with hearing loss. Methods From January 2020 to March 2021
80 elderly patients with hearing loss in our hearing fitting center were selected as the research objects
and they were randomly divided into a control group and study group with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted traditional continuous nursing intervention methods
and the research group adopted peer education listening training and health education on the basis of the control group. The International Outcome Inventory for Hearing Aids(IOI-HA)
the Satisfaction with Amplification in Daily Life(SADL)questionnaire scores and speech discrimination test results of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed after hearing aid wearing for 3 months. Results(1) After the two groups of patients wore hearing aids for 3 months
the SADL scores in the three dimensions of positive effect
service and cost
and negative effect in the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2) The maximum speech recognition rate of the two groups was significantly improved
and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05). In the study group
type A was significantly increased and more than the control group
while Type B was decreased and less than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing based on peer education plays a positive role in hearing aids for elderly patients with hearing loss.
