      摘要:Cochlear implantation (CI) is one of the most effective interventions for patients with severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss who have ineffective or poor results with hearing aids. A preoperative accurate evaluation of cochlear nerve and auditory pathway function is particularly important. It involves a comprehensive evaluation of audiology, imaging, and genetics. When routine audiological testing shows no auditory response and/or routine imaging suggests poor cochlear nerve development, attention must be paid to evaluating cochlear nerve functions and the integrity of anatomical structures of auditory pathways. This can be done by testing auditory responses in high-power hearing aid conditions, conducting specialized audiology tests such as Cortical auditory evoked potential (CAEP), Electrically-evoked auditory brainstem response (EABR), and Electrically-evoked auditory nerve compound action potentials (ECAP), as well as functional imaging tests such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and Positron emission tomography (PET). This is done to determine if there are indications or contraindications for CI, to select an appropriate cochlear implant device, estimate surgical difficulty, develop a surgical plan and complications prevention plans, and preoperative evaluation of CI efficacy.

      Preoperative Evaluation and Postoperative Outcome Assessment of Cochlear Implant

      摘要:ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical features and pathogenic genes variant of a family of Waardenburg syndrome in Tibet, China, and review relevant literatures to summarize the effects of hearing and speech rehabilitation in patients with Waardenburg syndrome after cochlear implantation.MethodsThe medical history, physical examination, hearing, imaging and other clinical data of the family members were collected in detail, and the disease-causing genes of deafness were analyzed and identified by high-throughput sequencing and Sanger sequencing. The effect of hearing and speech rehabilitation after cochlear implantation was investigated by telephone follow-up. The methods include Categories of Auditory Performance (CAP) and Speech Intelligibility Rating (SIR), the Meaningful Auditory Integration Scale (MAIS) and the Meaningful Use of Speech Scale (MUSS). Based on the literature review, the rehabilitation effect of postoperative cochlear implantation in patients with Waardenburg syndrome was analyzed.ResultsThe child presented with severe sensorineural deafness accompanied by heterochromia of iris and abnormal skin, and was diagnosed as Waardenburg syndrome type II. High-throughput sequencing and Sanger sequencing confirmed that the child carried a heterozygotic variant of SOX10 gene c.409Adel, and neither of the child's parents carried this variant, which was considered to be caused by a genetic variant. This had not been reported before. 9 years after cochlear implantation, the child had good hearing and speech rehabilitation results. The CAP and SIR Grades were 6 and 4 respectively, and the MAIS and MUSS scores were 37 and 32 respectively.ConclusionThis study found a novel SOX10 gene variant site c.409Adel in a patient with type II Waardenburg syndrome in Tibet, which enriched the genetic variant spectrum of deafness in Tibetan population in China. Patients with Waardenburg syndrome had satisfactory hearing and speech rehabilitation after cochlear implantation in long-term.

      摘要:Large individual differences in Mandarin tone perception scores were observed in paediatric cochlear implant (CI) recipients. In comparison with the CI children having the same chronological age, children with earlier CI implantation had longer duration of CI use, which might help them achieve better tone perception. However, the outcomes of children with CI were lower than that of normal-hearing children of the same age. For children with CI,the most difficult to distinguish was tone pair 2-3, consistent with that of normal peers.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo establish a fine hearing ability assessment platform independently ,explore the feasibility and the advantage of this platform, and preliminarily understand the Mandarin vowels, consonants, tones and musical melody performance of people with normal hearing, mild to moderate loss, moderate to severe loss and cochlear implant.MethodsBased on the clinical test methods of fine hearing ability, such as speech test and melody discrimination test, the evaluation platform of fine hearing ability is built. The test content of this platform includes 4 parts: vowel, consonant, tone and music melody. From January to early June 2023, subjects with different hearing levels were recruited for testing. According to the PTA of 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 kHz, subjects were divided into normal hearing group (12 ears), mild to moderate hearing loss group (11 ears), moderate to severe hearing loss group (11 ears), and cochlear implant group (21 ears). The self-established fine hearing ability assessment software was used to test in a quiet environment. The test data were statistically analyzed.Results(1) The fine hearing ability evaluation platform ran well in the 55-ear test, and the test results could be displayed immediately, with outstanding advantages in convenience and user experience. (2) The software test results are consistent with the trend of pure tone hearing threshold test results, that is, the more the pure tone hearing threshold declines, the worse the fine hearing ability. Different modules have different sensitivity to fine auditory ability assessment, which can measure the ability of subjects to process complex auditory information and make up for the deficiency of pure tone audiometry. That proves the developed software has good evaluation efficiency.(3) After basic hearing training, children with cochlear implant can achieve a good level of simple fine hearing such as vowels and consonants, but they still perform poorly for fine hearing with more complex tones and musical melodies. In addition, the hearing threshold of cochlear implant patients is similar to that of mild-moderate hearing loss, but it is still worse than that of such patients.ConclusionThis study has confirmed the practicability of this platform for fine hearing ability assessment, which is expected to be further extended to the diagnosis and treatment system of hearing loss patients and the evaluation system of rehabilitation effect after auditory intervention, which has theoretical and application value.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of automatic imaging fusion technique in evaluating scalar position after cochlear implantation, and compare it with the "gold standard" of traditional imaging reconstruction technology, and discuss its clinical value and application prospect.MethodsThe patients' digital data of preoperative computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and postoperative CT were collected, who received mapping in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from Jan 2020 to Dec 2021. Two senior otologists assessed the scalar position after cochlear implantation using both traditional image reconstruction technique and automatic imaging fusion reconstruction techniques (MUSARIO, Medical ultra-structure analysis and reconstruction software in otology, V 1.0). The insertion depth, scalar position and evaluation time were collected.Results68 patients with 109 ears were included in the study, 32 males and 36 females, with average age 5.1±13.1 yrs. All electrode arrays were fully inserted without fold. The basilar membrane shift happened in 7 cases (6.4%), and 1(0.9%) case presented translocation. Measured by two methods, there was good consistency with the insertion depth [ICC=0.0999 (95%CI 0.999-1.000), P<0.001] and range of electrodes with basilar membrane shift or translocation [ICC=0.0999 (95%CI 0.999-1.000), P<0.001]. The mean measurement time was 30±4.0 minutes with traditional technique and 10±1.8 minutes with MUSARIO, respectively (P<0.001). The evaluation times of different types of electrodes were different, and the evaluation time of pre-curved electrode is longer (F=3.610, P=0.016).ConclusionAs a new technique, automatic imaging fusion reconstruction technique has no difference in reliability compared with traditional image reconstruction technique. It greatly shortens the evaluation time and is beneficial to popularize the imaging analysis after cochlear implantation. It can be clinically promoted as a new technology.

      摘要:Incomplete partition type Ⅲ(IP-Ⅲ) is an X-linked genetic deafness caused by POU3F4 (DFNX2) gene mutation. Clinical manifestation is male onset, female carrier. The patient with IP-Ⅲ type inner ear malformation is hard to be performed cochlear implantation because some serious complications could occur, such as cerebrospinal fluid otorrhea, electrode enter the internal auditory canal. Furthermore, the rehabilitation efficacies of postoperative hearing and speech are uncertain. Two boys with type IP-Ⅲ inner ear malformation received cochlear implantation on their right ears in 2014 and 2022 in our Department, with no complications occurring. The electronic cochlears were smoothly started up one month after surgeries. The electronic cochlears have been working well until now. At present auditory thresholds of sound field hearing aid were 28.8 dB HL and 31.7 dB HL, respectively. Their hearing and speech rehabilitation efficacies were better than that in the preoperation.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of cochlear implant (CI) on tinnitus in adults with postlingual deafness.MethodsThe data of 88 patients with postlingual deafness who were implanted with CI in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients who had tinnitus before the operation were selected, and the tinnitus disability inventory (THI) and visual analogue scale (VAS) were used to evaluate the tinnitus and prognosis of patients before the operation, half a month after the operation, one month after the operation, and six months after the operation.Result80.7% (71/88) of adult postlingual hearing loss patients had preoperative tinnitus symptoms, and there was no difference in tinnitus severity among patients of different genders; The THI score decreased most significantly 6 months after the operation, the tinnitus severity decreased from the preoperative severe (38.48±23.95) to the moderate (20.59±18.38), and the loudness also decreased significantly compared with that before the operation. The improvement of postoperative tinnitus in the young group was better than that in the middle-aged and elderly groups. The tinnitus loudness is significantly reduced when using a sound processor.ConclusionCI can effectively improve the tinnitus symptoms of adults with postlingual deafness, and the tinnitus symptoms can gradually alleviate with time. The improvement of tinnitus symptoms in young patients after surgery is better and takes less time. After the CI is turned on, the use of sound processor has a significant and long-term effect on the inhibition of tinnitus.

      摘要:Tuberculous otitis media (TOM) is a rare extrapulmonary tuberculosis infection. TOM can lead to severe sensorineural deafness, and in cases of binaural sensorineural deafness, cochlear implantation is considered. However, TOM patients may suffer from middle ear granulation hyperplasia, unclear anatomical marks, difficult to identify cochlear window, and even cochlear ossification, which bring great challenges to cochlear implant surgery. This paper reports a case of TOM with binaural total deafness treated in our department for phase I difficult cochlear implantation.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the long-term effects of cochlear implantation in adult patients with single-sided deafness(SSD). To provide reference for the indications of cochlear implantation in patients with SSD.MethodsAn adult with SSD for 20 years was selected for cochlear implantation and followed up on residual hearing, speech recognition rate, sound source localizability, and subjective scale of speech spatial and auditory quality (SQQ).ResultsThe patient's residual hearing remained good early on but was not preserved after five years. Speech recognition rates improved with longer follow-up after surgery, but did not reach a high level. Sound source localizability has improved over time. Follow-up SQQ scale shows that cochlear implantation in SSD patients is helpful for speech comprehension, spatial hearing, and sound listening ability, especially for spatial hearing.ConclusionAfter cochlear implantation in SSD patients, it can improve the speech recognition rate, sound source localization ability and quality of life of patients under noise. Further large studies are recommended to provide a scientific basis for the indication for cochlear implantation in SSD patients, to provide scientific basis for the indications for cochlear implantation in SSD patients.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo evaluate the development of auditory and speech perception in children and adolescents after cochlear implantation and to determine which factors are associated with predicting postoperative outcome.Method128 children and adolescents participated in this study. All subjects had prelingual bilateral severe sensorineural hearing loss. Postoperative auditory and speech performance was collected for all subjects, as well as age at implantation, duration of cochlear implant use, educational system received by the subject, and primary parent's literacy level. The categorical auditory performance (CAP) and speech intelligibility rating (SIR) were used as outcome measures.ResultsThe younger the implantation age was, the better the prognosis; Auditory performance and speech articulation tended to be stable two years after surgery; Patients who attended mainstream schools had a better prognosis than those who attended deaf schools.ConclusionThe age of cochlear implantation in children and adolescents with prelingual deafness, the duration of cochlear implant use and the educational system the patient receives are all relevant factors in assessing the prognostic outcome of speech.

      摘要:ObjectivesTo explore the detection of distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) in patients with otitis media with effusion under the ambient and compensated tympanic peak pressure.MethodsThis is a prospective study. Patients were enrolled in this study, who were diagnosed with secretory otitis media and underwent myringotomy in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Beijing Tongren Hospital from January 2023 to April 2023. A total of 25 cases (30 ears) met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. DPOAE was measured under the ambient and negative compensated tympanic peak pressure. The age of the patients ranged from 22 to 75 years (mean 53.97 years), including 15 males and 10 females. 13 cases of right ear and 7 of left ear went through myringotomy to confirm the presence of tympanic effusion.Results25 of 30 ears with type C tympanograms were found to have obvious effusion, while 5 with no obvious effusion during the operation. Only 1 ear could be elicited in the ambient pressure DPOAE test, and 10 ears could be elicited in the compensated tympanic peak pressure DPOAE test at different frequencies.ConclusionIt could be elicited at different frequencies under compensated tympanic peak pressure for patients suffered from secretory otitis media with type C tympanogram, whose DPOAE cannot be measured under the ambient pressure.

      摘要:ObjectiveThe simplified Chinese version of the speech spatial sound quality audiometric scale (C-SSQ12) was applied to the hearing assessment in the health examination of the elderly, to analyze the hearing loss of the elderly in different age groups and different genders, and to provide clues for clinical screening of senile hearing loss (ARHL).MethodsThe elderly who underwent physical examination at our hospital from November 2021 to June 2022 were divided into 60-69 years old group, 70-79 years old group, 80 years old and above group according to age, and female group and male group according to gender. The investigator asked the elderly whether they felt hearing loss, and instructed them to fill in the C-SSQ12 scale, and then rechecked and recovered the questionnaires on the spot. Comparison of means using t-tests and analysis of variance; Comparison and utilization of counting data χ2 Inspection analysis; Age and three factor scores were analyzed using linear regression analysis.Results47.2% of the elderly felt hearing loss. The speech factor, spatial factor and voice quality factor of C-SSQ12 scale were negatively correlated with age (P<0.05). The total scores of C-SSQ12 scale and the scores of each factor in different age stages were all statistically significant (P<0.05). The total score of the scale ≤6.5 was defined as hearing disability. The hearing disability rate in different age groups: 2.7% in 60-69 years old, 9.3% in 70-79 years old, 36.8% in 80 years old and above, and 8.4% in general. The hearing disability rate of different genders: 7.3% for women and 9.4% for men. The hearing disability rate of men was higher than that of women, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).ConclusionNearly half of the elderly feel that their hearing has decreased to varying degrees. The total disability rate of hearing disability after the assessment of the scale is 8.4%. The older they are, the lower the score of each factor in the C-SSQ12 scale, the higher the current disability rate of hearing disability. C-SSQ12 can dynamically and widely assess the hearing of the elderly in various aspects in complex environments. It is economical and efficient. The low and declining scores of the scale can provide clues for ARHL.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the oral caries' and the oral health care's conditions of pre-school deaf children and analyze caries related factors among deaf children.MethodTo check caries of 115 deaf children and 156 health children and questionnaire surveys were promoted among guardians of 107 deaf children and 163 health children, SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.ResultsThere are no significant differences in the DMFTs and rate of caries between deaf children and health children (P>0.05).There are no significant differences in the DMFTs and rate of caries between deaf children and health children. There are no significant differences in the rate of sugar intake, sugar drink intake and sugar food before sleeping (P>0.05). In the aspect of 4 kinds of oral knowledge, there are no significant differences in 3 questionnaire surveys (P>0.05), but there are significant differences in 1 questionnaire survey (P<0.01). There are significant differences in the rate of tooth brushing, 1 time and more tooth brushing per day, tooth curing and usage of fluorine tooth paste (P<0.01).ConclusionThere are no differences between deaf children and health children in the aspect of tooth caries' severity.There are no difference in the habit of sweet food intake between 2 groups. The knowledge of oral health care is poorer in guardians of deaf children. Deaf children perform poorer in the aspect of oral health behavior compared with health children.

      摘要:Hearing aids are one of the most commonly used and safest ways to improve hearing, but there are individual differences in hearing aid effectiveness and factors such as the patient's own condition, brand and model of hearing aids, frequency and duration of use, and fitting and calibration techniques. It is also crucial to accurately evaluate the effectiveness of hearing aids. Evaluation methods include audiological evaluation and subjective questionnaire evaluation, which need to be comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of audibility, intelligibility, satisfaction, and psychological emotions. For infants, young children, and elderly individuals who cannot cooperate to provide responses, Real-ear measurement (REM), Cortical auditory evoked potential (CAEP) and Auditory steady-state responses (ASSR) are important objective evaluation methods for hearing aid effectiveness. This article summarizes the methods for evaluating the effectiveness of hearing aids, providing a theoretical basis for accurate and comprehensive evaluation of hearing aids and optimizing clinical hearing rehabilitation.

      摘要:With the continuous in-depth study of the etiology of autism spectrum disorder, increasing lines of evidence suggest immune dysfunction has play an important role in the development of ASD, and it has been reported that immunotherapy can improve the clinical symptoms of some patients. In this article, we review studies about the immunological etiology of children with autism, in order to provide more references for accurate treatment of ASD .

      摘要:Hypernasality is one of the dysfunction in dysarthria, affecting speech intelligibility and restricting patients' communication and social participation. Speech therapy can improve mild-moderate hypernasality. However, there is lack of uniformity in speech therapy of hypernasality in dysarthria. By consulting relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the speech therapies of hypernasality in individuals with dysarthria from three dimensions: direct therapy, compensatory therapy and biofeedback therapy, and puts forward the future research direction based on the existing problems.

      摘要:Tinnitus is a sound sensed when there is no external sound source, and the effect of drug and behavioral intervention is limited. The application of neuromodulation techniques, especially the development of noninvasive neuromodulation techniques, guide a novel direction in the treatment of tinnitus patients. This review summarizes the research progress of sound therapy, electrical stimulation and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of subjective tinnitus.

      摘要:Unilateral vocal cord paralysis (UVFP) is a disease caused by a variety of causes of unilateral motor nerve conduction pathway damage innervating the laryngeal muscles causing unilateral vocal cord dyskinesia and glottic insufficiency. The main symptoms include dysphonia and dysphagia, which greatly affect the quality of life of patients and require effective treatment to recover. The methods of clinical evaluation include speech assessment, swallowing function assessment, vocal cord vibration assessment, imaging examination, laboratory examination and laryngeal nerve electrophysiological examination for evaluation. Various treatments have been proposed for UVFP, including conservative treatments (e.g., etiological treatment, medical treatment, sound therapy), which are not currently established as standard treatments.In severe cases, surgical treatment includes injection laryngoplasty, recurrent laryngeal nerve repair (including recurrent laryngeal nerve decompression, recurrent laryngeal nerve end-to-end anastomosis, alternative nerve transposition recurrent laryngeal nerve anastomosis, of which cervical loop-recurrent laryngeal nerve anastomosis is the best), laryngoplasty vocal cord proximity, and combined surgery.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the effect of music therapy combined with speech training on language rehabilitation of children with developmental delay.MethodsA total of 50 children with language development delay admitted to Lishui District People's Hospital in Nanjing city from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group by block randomization method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given music therapy combined with speech training intervention on the basis of the control group. The scores of Gesell Infant Development Scale, Verbal Behavior Assessment Scale (VerBAS), Children's Sensory Integration Rating Scale (CSIRS), American Association for Mental Deficiency Adaptive Behavior Scale (AAMD-ABS) and PZB Service Quality Scale (sSERVQUAL) were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.ResultsAfter the intervention, the scores of Gesell Infant Development Scale, VerBAS, CSIRS, AAMD-ABS and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The scores of sSERVQUAL in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe music therapy combined with speech training can improve the language function, adaptive ability and sensory function of in children with developmental delay.

      摘要:Hearing impairment seriously affects the development of speech and language function in children. According to the lesion site, it can be generally divided into conductive hearing impairment, sensorineural hearing impairment and mixed hearing impairment. On the basis of combing the performance of speech and language disorders in children with hearing impairment, this paper further considers the rehabilitation strategies and methods of speech and language education based on the concept of combining medical education.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo study the effect of oral exercise combined with family education on the recovery of language, motor skills and cognition in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).Methods102 children with ASD admitted from March 2020 to March 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received oral exercise combined with family education. The oral motor function (motor skills), language and picture expression ability and daily communication ability (language and cognitive ability) of the two groups were compared.ResultsBefore the intervention, the scores of tongue mouth movement, lip mouth movement and mandibular mouth movement function in the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05), after the intervention, the scores of oral motor function in the observation group were higher and statistically significant (P<0.05). After the intervention, the scores of language expression and picture expression ability in the observation group were higher (P<0.05). After the intervention, the effective rate of daily communication ability in the observation group was 92.16%, which was significantly higher than 60.78% in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionOral exercise combined with family education is more ideal for the recovery of language, motor skills and cognition of ASD children, which is conducive to the development and improvement of their physical and mental health and social adaptability.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate and analyze the current situation of auditory and speech development, learning status, interests, and mental health of 572 hearing-impaired children aged 4-18 years old in regular classes in nine cities of Fujian Province, and to explore the development patterns of hearing-impaired children in regular classes, in order to provide guidance for regular classes.MethodA questionnaire survey was conducted on hearing-impaired children, parents, and teachers using SPSS 27.0 software for statistical analysis.Results76.4% of parents had continuous hearing tests, and 62.4% of parents continue to receire home rehabilitaion training; The paired test of auditory and speech assessment results for the same survey subject at three time points showed a significant difference (P=0.000<0.05); The proportion of people interested in art is the highest, and studying art subjects is the easiest; The overall mental health status is good, with fluctuations during adolescence. The main reasons for interpersonal pressure are issues with listening and speaking abilities and communication skills.ConclusionWe should continue to do a good job in hearing test and auditory speech rehabilitation training for hearing-impaired children in regular classes, fully utilize the role of functional compensation, actively develop their potential, and pay attention to filling in the gaps, while not neglect their mental health.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the application value of the combination of medicine and education in the comprehensive rehabilitation training of children with autism spectrum disorders.MethodsSelecting 66 children with ASD who met the enrollment criteria in the hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 as the study subjects, which were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training, and the experimental group was treated with rehabilitation training combined with medicine and education. The functional changes of communication, physical ability and behavior of the two groups before and after intervention were compared by using the psycho-educational profile-3rd edition (PEP-3).Results(1) Before the intervention, the scores of children's communication, physical ability and behavior in the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05); (2) After the intervention, the scores of the two groups of children in three aspects were improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The improvement degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionApplying the rehabilitation training of the combination of medicine and education model to the comprehensive rehabilitation training of children with autism spectrum disorders is more helpful to improve their clinical symptoms and improve the intervention effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the theoretical learning and practice courses in the undergraduate education of hearing and speech rehabilitation major in China.MethodsA total of 146 undergraduate students majoring in hearing and speech rehabilitation were investigated through online electronic questionnaire on theoretical learning and practice courses.ResultsAbout theoretical learning: among the respondents, 24.7% of them focused on hearing, 33.5% focused on speech and 41.8% focused on both hearing and speech. 45.2% used published professional books as theoretical learning materials, and 54.8% used school self-made textbooks or independently selected relevant books. About the practice courses: 91.3% (115/126) of the students who had received regular on-site guidance had mostly or completely mastered the relevant applied technology. 64.4% of the students believed that the most important factor affecting practice course effectiveness was their own factors, followed by teacher's factor (17.1%), the practice unit (13.7%), the university (2.7%) and other factors (2.1%).ConclusionThe theory and practice teaching system of the undergraduate in hearing and speech rehabilitation major needs to be further standardized. During the practice stage, the autonomous learning of the student and the teacher's field guidance are main factors affecting the practice effect.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo study the specific differences between hearing-impaired children and hearing children in the ability to respond and initiate interrogative sentences, and to provide references and suggestions for the formulation of interrogative sentence intervention strategies for hearing-impaired children.MethodsTwenty preschool hearing-impaired children and 20 preschool hearing children were tested using self-compiled interrogative sentences.ResultsIn the case of matching PPVT-R scores, the hearing-impaired children's ability to respond to and initiate interrogative sentences is still significantly lower than that of hearing children; The development rules of interrogative response and initiating ability of the two groups of children are consistent, and the order of acquisition is 1 question point-2 question points-3 question points; The children with hearing impairment are weak in the ability to express questions, but the ability to respond to questions is better than the ability to initiate questions; The ability of children with hearing impairment to respond and initiate questions depends on syntactic structure, and sentences lack complexity; In the responses to interrogative sentences, the proportion of two types of errors is imitating the question and answering not what is asked; in the initiation of interrogative sentences, the proportion of two types of errors is no question and answering instead of questioning.ConclusionThere are certain differences in the ability to respond and initiate interrogative sentences between hearing-impaired children and hearing children.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo investigate the effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions for children with hearing disorders and global developmental delay, and to provide reference for developing non-pharmacological interventions for children with hearing disorders and global developmental delay.MethodOne girl with hearing disorders and global developmental delay was selected as the study subject, and rehabilitation training such as play activities, behavioral therapy, positive reinforcement, punishment, extinction, and auditory speaking were used to help the child to alleviate her problem behaviors.ResultsChildren's flinching and fearful behaviors were significantly relieved; Auditory discrimination was significantly improved, and discrimination of natural environment was significantly improved; After rehabilitation, the child's speech recognition is 31% and she can communicate naturally with others.ConclusionRehabilitation training for children with hearing disorders and global developmental delay requires cooperation among teachers in different rehabilitation fields to develop individualized education plans that are scientifically and effectively developed and implemented, thereby enhancing the problem behaviors of children with hearing disorders and global developmental delay and gradually integrating them into society.

      摘要:ObjectiveTo explore the effectiveness of Phonetic training ECNU Ladder Model in improving the minimum phoneme contrast recognition ability of initial consonants of hearing-impaired children.MethodTaking a 3-year-old CI child as the subject, the language development level, auditory recognition ability and speech production ability were evaluated. According to the experience, perception and production stages in Phonetic training ECNU Ladder Model, the rehabilitation effect was evaluated by intervention once a week, twice for 30 minutes.ResultsAfter intervention, the correct recognition rate of the child's initial phoneme pairs has been greatly improved, and the recognition rate of the target phoneme pairs of b/d and p/t has increased from 50% to 100%.ConclusionPhonetic training ECNU Ladder Model can effectively improve the minimum phoneme recognition ability of hearing-impaired children, and provide guidance for therapist in clinical speech intervention.

      摘要:This article primarily discusses the strategies of stabilizing body balance by learning clinical vestibular medical techniques, particularly for individuals affected by damage to the vestibular system. Rehabilitation methods include balance manipulations, goal-directed movements, mechanical vibrations, and visual feedback. All of those aim to stimulate and promote readaptation of the vestibular system. These exercises can assist affected individuals in enhancing their balance, restoring everyday life functions, improving quality of life, and better meeting the demands of daily activities and work. Therefore, learning and mastering how to stabilize body balance is a crucial skill.
