摘要:Artificial intelligence technology is profoundly reshaping the practical paradigm of rehabilitation education for children with autism spectrum disorder, evolving into a systematic transformation that spans the entire chain from screening and diagnosis to assessment and intervention. The core driving force lies in achieving both precision and universal accessibility of services. This article systematically reviews the key breakthroughs of Artificial intelligence in advancing early screening to frontline contexts, objectifying and quantifying diagnostic assessment, generating personalized intervention plans, and empowering family-based scenarios. Simultaneously, it confronts the realistic bottlenecks including difficult clinical translation of technological effectiveness, challenges in data governance and equity, and shortage of interdisciplinary talent. Finally, it proposes future-oriented development pathways: constructing a synergistic ecosystem of "clinical-technology-industry" collaboration, establishing and improving full-chain standards, and implementing a dual-wheel strategy of inclusive empowerment and talent cultivation.

摘要:Driven by the global concept of child centered rehabilitation, Child Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), as a psychological intervention method that emphasizes children's autonomy and emotional expression, has gradually gained recognition in the rehabilitation of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This paper systematically reviews the theoretical evolution and practical experience of CCPT both domestically and internationally. It proposes leveraging artificial intelligence(AI) technology to accelerate the cultivation of specialized professionals, establish an objective evidence-based system, and promote the coordinated evolution of intervention programs toward standardization and personalization. These efforts aim to advance the systematic, precise, and large-scale development of CCPT in the field of autism rehabilitation in China, ultimately achieving comprehensive enhancement of children's psychological support and rehabilitation efficacy.

摘要:ObjectiveTo examine the emotional cognition patterns and stage-specific characteristics of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing evidence to support early identification and educational support.MethodsBased on theories of emotional cognition and multimodal analysis, a multimodal and multi-stage analytical framework was constructed. Twenty-five children with ASD aged 4-8 participated in a video-based emotion elicitation task involving six basic emotions (calm, happiness, sadness, fear, disgust, and surprise). Multimodal data were synchronously collected from covert physiological states (electrodermal activity and electroencephalogram) and overt behavioral responses (eye tracking and facial expressions). Emotional cognition was analyzed across four stages: emotional arousal, perception, understanding, and expression.ResultsDifferences in electrodermal responses were observed across emotion conditions, indicating variability in emotional arousal. Increased fixation counts under both positive and negative emotions suggested preserved emotional perception. In contrast, reduced EEG activation and facial movements under emotional stimuli compared with neutral conditions indicated difficulties in emotional understanding and expression.ConclusionChildren with ASD show relatively preserved emotional arousal and perception, but marked impairments in emotional understanding and expression. The proposed multimodal, stage-based framework provides objective evidence for characterizing emotional cognition in ASD and offers methodological support for educational assessment and intervention planning.
