摘要

听力障碍作为全球范围内常见的残疾类型之一，严重影响这群体的听觉感知、语言交流与社会融入。科技助残技术的快速发展为听力障碍群体提供了多元化的支持路径，涵盖听力补偿、沟通辅助、教育就业适配、康复训练等多个维度。本文系统梳理了人工耳蜗、助听器等听力补偿技术，语音转文字、手语识别、语音修复等沟通辅助工具，以及教育就业场景专用科技设备的发展现状与应用成效，分析了当前技术在可及性、适配性、智能化水平等方面存在的挑战。结合前沿技术趋势，展望了科技助残在个性化适配、全场景覆盖、多模态融合等方向的发展前景，旨在为听力障碍群体科技支持体系的优化，技术的研发与政策制定提供参考，推动听力障碍群体平等参与社会生活。

Abstract

As one of the common types of disabilities worldwide

hearing loss severely affects the hearing perception

language communication and social integration of group. The rapid development of assistive technology provides a diversified support path for people with hearing loss

covering multiple dimensions such as hearing compensation

communication assistance

education

employment adaptation and rehabilitation training. This article systematically sorts out the development status and application effects of hearing compensation technologies such as cochlear implants and hearing AIDS

communication assistance tools such as speech to-text and sign language recognition

and specialized technological equipment for education and employment scenarios

and analyzes the current challenges in accessibility

adaptability

and intelligent level. Combined with trend of cutting-edge technology

the development prospects of assistive technology in terms of personalized adaptation

full-scene coverage

and multi-modal fusion are prospected

aiming to reference for the optimization of the technological support system for people with hearing loss

the research and development of related technologies

the formulation of policies and to promote the equal participation people with hearing loss in social life.
