摘要

老年嗓音是指年龄相关性嗓音老化生理过程，通常表现为嘶哑声、气息声、粗糙声和紧张音质增多，音量降低、音高改变和音域缩窄，以及耐力下降。老年嗓音与抑郁、社交退缩有关，降低了老年个体的生活质量。目前临床可用的评估包括喉镜、声学、电生理检查及主观评估等。基于老年嗓音产生的原因，可从声带功能、呼吸肌力量及综合策略等维度进行治疗。本文通过检索国内外文献，就老年嗓音生理机制及其嗓音治疗策略进行综述，为临床嗓音言语治疗实践提供参考，并提出未来研究展望。

Abstract

Presbyphonia refers to the physiological process of age-related voice aging

usually characterized by increased hoarseness

breathiness

roughness and tension

decreased volume

altered pitch and range

and decreased endurance. Presbyphonia is associated with depression and social withdrawal

and reduces the quality of life of elderly individuals. Evaluation techniques include laryngoscopy

acoustic

electrophysiological examination

and subjective assessment. Based on the causes of the presbyphonia

it can be treated from multiple dimensions such as vocal cord function

respiratory muscle strength and comprehensive strategy. This paper reviews

the characteristics of presbyphonia and voice treatment strategies by studying domestic and foreign literature

so as to provide references for clinical voice speech therapy practice and put forward further research prospects.
