目的

分析态度-定义-开放思维-计划-问题解决(attitude-definition-open mind-planning-try it out, ADOPT)训练模式对语言障碍儿童的影响。
方法

前瞻性收集我院2021年1月~2023年12月收治的语言障碍儿童100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用ADOPT训练模式,对照组给予常规语言康复,比较两组康复情况。
结果

两组患儿治疗前语言行为、适应性行为、个人-社交行为评分、言语清晰度、焦虑和抑郁自我评分量表评分、下颌部、唇部、舌部运动功能均无显著差异(

0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者语言行为

=0.013)、个人-社交行为(

=0.006)评分显著增加;言语清晰度优良率显著高于对照组(

ADOPT训练模式可显著改善语言障碍儿童言语功能及心理健康状况。
Objective

To analyze the impact of attitude-definition-open mind-planning-try it out (ADOPT) training on children with language disorders.
Method

From January 2021 to December 2023
100 children with language disorders admitted to our hospital were prospectively collected and randomly divided into an observation group (n=50) and a control group (n=50). The observation group received ADOPT training
while the control group received routine rehabilitation. The rehabilitation status of the two groups was compared.
Results

There were no significant differences in language behavior
adaptive behavior
personal social behavior scores
speech clarity
anxiety and depression self-assessment scores

and tongue motor function between the two groups of children before treatment (

the observation group showed a significant increase in language behavior (

and personal social behavior scores (

=0.006); The rate of excellent speech clarity was significantly higher than that of the control group (

=0.016). The anxiety self-assessment scale (

=0.001) and the depression self-assessment scale (

=0.013) scores significantly decreased. The scores of mandibular motor function (

Conclusion

ADOPT mode training can significantly improve the speech function and mental health status of children with language disorders.
