摘要

目的

分析健康教育在改善老年脑出血致听力障碍患者中的价值。

方法

对2022年10月～2024年9月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院收治的112例老年脑出血致听力障碍患者进行分组对比试验，按照随机投掷法将患者分为研究组（56例，开展基于知识可视化构建的健康教育图文册健康教育）和对照组（56例，开展常规健康教育）。比较两组患者干预前后疾病相关“知信行”情况、听力康复情况、心境状态、应对方式及生活质量。

结果

干预后，研究组疾病相关“知信行”水平显著高于对照组，听力康复情况较对照组好，心境状态量表（profile of mood states，POMS）评分相较对照组低，医学应对方式问卷（medical coping modes questionnaire，MCMQ）中面对评分及中文版健康效用指数量表（health utility index mark 3，HUI3）评分均较对照组显著提高（

＜0.05）。

结论

基于知识可视化构建健康教育图文册不仅能提高老年脑出血致听力障碍患者疾病相关知信行水平，改善其心境状态与应对方式，还能积极促进患者听力康复与生活质量。

Abstract

Objective

To analyze the value of constructing health education graphic book based on knowledge visualization in improving elderly patients with hearing impairment caused by cerebral hemorrhage.

Methods

A group comparative trial was conducted on 112 elderly patients with hearing impairment caused by cerebral hemorrhage admitted to XX Hospital. The cases were collected from October 2022 to September 2024. Te patient were randomly divided into two groups: the research group (56 cases) and the reference group (56 cases) receiving regular health education. Disease-related knowledge and behavior

coping style (Chinese version of MCMQ)

quality of life before and after intervention (Chinese version of Health Effectiveness Index-HUI3) were compared between the two groups.

Results

After intervention

the research group had higher levels of disease-related knowledge

beliefs

and behaviors compared to the control group

better hearing rehabilitation

lower Profile of Mood States (POMS) scores compared to the control group

and significantly improved face-to-face scores in the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) and the Chinese version of the Health Utility Index Mark 3 (HUI3) scores compared to the control group (

0.05).

Conclusion

For elderly patients with hearing impairment caused by cerebral hemorrhage

not only can the application of health education book based on knowledge visualization can not only improve their disease-related knowledge and behavior level

improve their mood state and coping style

but also actively promote the recovery of hearing and guarantee their quality of life.
