目的

检验职业生活质量量表(professional quality of life scale,ProQOL)在听力学从业者中的信度和效度,为听力学从业者的职业生活质量衡量提供可靠的工具。
方法

采用翻译修改后的中文版ProQOL量表进行调查,收集听力师、助听器公司验配师等听力学从业者数据。预实验发放问卷150份,回收有效问卷130份,有效率86.6%。正式实验发放问卷250份,回收有效问卷241份,有效率96.4%。预实验使用项目分析、内容效度检验、探索性因子分析等统计方法,正式实验进行验证性因子分析与内部一致性检验,对量表的信度和效度进行评估。
结果

预实验结果显示,所有条目内容效度指数(content validity index,CVI)均大于0.9,有较好内容效度,删除部分在项目分析与探索性因子分析表现不佳的条目,方差解释从52.56%提升至57.29%。正式实验内部一致性信度显示,同情满足分量表Cronbach’s
α
=0.910,二次创伤压力分量表为0.866,倦怠分量表为0.729。验证性因子分析结果表明,模型具有较高的拟合度,卡方自由度比(
χ
2
/
df)为2.297,近似误差均方根(root mean square error of approximation,RMSEA)值为0.074,比较拟合指数(comparative fit index,CFI)和增量拟合指数(incremental fit index,IFI)值均为0.911。
结论

中文版ProQOL量表适用于中国听力学从业者的职业生活质量评估,具有良好的信效度,为听力学从业者的职业健康评估提供了可靠工具。
Objective

To examine the reliability and validity of the Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL) among audiology practitioners
providing a reliable tool to measure the professional quality of life for these professionals.
Methods

The study employed a translated and modified ProQOL questionnaire
collecting data from audiologists and hearing aid fitters
among other audiology practitioners. The research was divided into a pre-experiment and a formal experiment
with the pre-experiment distributing 150 questionnaires and retrieving 130 valid responses
yielding a response rate of 86.6%. The formal experiment distributed 250 questionnaires and retrieved 241 valid responses
achieving a response rate of 96.4%. The pre-experiment utilized statistical methods
such as item analysis
content validity check
and exploratory factor analysis
while the formal experiment conducted confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency checks to assess the scale's reliability and validity.
Results

The results of the pre-experiment showed that all the items had a content validity index (CVI) greater than 0.9
indicating good content validity. After removing some items that performed poorly in item analysis and exploratory factor analysis
the variance increased from 52.560% to 57.287%. In the formal experiment
internal consistency reliability analysis revealed Cronbach's Alpha values of 0.910 for the Compassion Satisfaction subscale
0.866 for the Secondary Traumatic Stress subscale and 0.729 for the Burnout subscale. The confirmatory factor analysis results indicated a good model fit
with a chi-square to degrees of freedom ratio (
χ²/df
) of 2.297
root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) value of 0.074
and comparative fit index (CFI) and incremental fit index (IFI) values both at 0.911.
Conclusion

The ProQOL scale is suitable for assessing the professional quality of life of Chinese audiology practitioners
demonstrating good reliability and validity
and providing a reliable tool for the occupational health assessment of audiology practitioners.
