摘要

由于活泼好动、喜欢喊叫等特点，学龄儿童一直是声带小结的高发人群。本文从嗓音训练（嗓音矫治）联合药物和行为干预的疗效研究、嗓音矫治的疗效研究、学龄儿童声带小结的致病因素等方面，对CNKI、ProQuest、ScienceDirect等数据库中有关儿童声带小结治疗20年来的研究成果进行梳理和分析发现：①在众多学龄儿童嗓音问题的治疗方法中，嗓音矫治逐渐被运用推广，嗓音评估及声学分析被运用于儿童声带小结的治疗；②近年来，国内嗓音训练（嗓音矫治）联合中、西药物治疗儿童声带小结疗效的研究较多，对嗓音矫治及其效果的研究明显不足，且缺乏嗓音矫治的专门人才；③国外有关嗓音矫治的专项研究，如行为疗法、共鸣疗法、对症疗法及其疗效研究内容较丰富，且具有一定系统性。

Abstract

Due to being lively and active characteristics

school-age children have always been a high incidence of vocal nodules. This paper analyzs the effects of voice training (voice therapy) combined with drugs and behavioral intervention

the effects of voice therapy and the causative factors of vocal nodules in school-age children from CNKI

ProQuest

ScienceDirect and other databases.After combing and analyzing the research results of the treatment of vocal nodules in children in the past 20 years

it is found that: Voice therapy is gradually used in the treatment of vocal nodules in school-age children

voice evaluation and acoustic analysis are used in the treatment of vocal nodules in children. in recent years

there have been many studies on the effect of voice training (voice therapy) combined with Chinese and Western drugs in the treatment of vocal nodules in children

but the research on voice therapy and its effect are obviously insufficient and there is a very lack of professional voice therapist. studies abroad related to the pathogenic factors of children's vocal nodules and special studies on voice therapy

such as behavioral therapy

resonance therapy

symptomatic therapy and therapeutic effect research

are relatively diverse in contents and have certain systematic characteristics.
