目的

探讨颈性前庭诱发肌源性电位在不同年龄段健听人群中的正常参考值范围。
方法
2
将60例健康志愿者分为儿童组和成人组,利用丹麦WDH集团的Eclipse客观听觉测试平台分别进行颈性前庭诱发肌源性电位测试,对数据进行统计学分析。
结果
2
两组中左侧和右侧间P1、Nl潜伏期、P1-N1波间期、振幅、不对称比均无显著差异;两组中男性和女性间P1、Nl潜伏期、P1-N1波间期、振幅、不对称比均无显著差异;儿童组中P1正常值范围为13.97±1.46 ms,N1正常值范围为21.82±1.85 ms,振幅正常范围为100.71±91.17 μV,波间期正常范围为7.85±1.12 ms;成人组中P1正常值范围为16.11±2.23 ms,N1正常值范围为24.66±2.35 ms,振幅正常范围为61.26±27.74 μV,波间期正常范围为8.58±1.48 ms;两组之间P1、Nl潜伏期、P1-N1波间期、振幅均有显著差异(

0.05),不对称比无显著差异。
结论

颈性前庭诱发肌源性电位的波形及参数与侧别、性别无相关性,潜伏期、波间期随年龄增长而延长,振幅随年龄的增长而减小。
Objective

To investigate the range of normal reference values of cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potentials in different age groups.
Methods

Sixty healthy volunteers were divided into children group and adult group
and the cervical vestibular myogenic potential was tested by Eclipse objective auditory test platform of WDH Group
and the data were analyzed statistically.
Results

Statistical results showed that there were no significant differences in P1 latency
Nl latency
P1-N1 wave interval
amplitude and asymmetry ratio between the left and right sides of the two groups. There were no significant differences in P1 latency
Nl latency
P1-N1 wave interval
amplitude and asymmetry ratio between the male and female groups. In the children group
the normal range of P1 and N1 was 13.97±1.46 ms

the normal range of amplitude was 100.71±91.17 μV
and the normal range of wave interval was 7.85±1.12 ms. In the adult group
the normal range of P1 and N1 was 16.11±2.23 ms

Conclusion

The waveform and parameters of cervical vestibular myogenic potential have no correlation with left or right side and gender. The latency and interphase of cervical vestibular evoked myogenic potentials increase with age
while the amplitude decreases with age.
