根据飞行人员指令性言语词库,编制一组具有粗放音位平衡特征的5张单音节词表,对该词表的等价性进行分析,挑选出难度一致的词表应用于临床,并制定基于此测试材料的健听飞行人员言语识别率—强度函数曲线(performance-intensity function,P-I),完善飞行人员的言语测听体系。
方法

根据常用原则,依据普通话语音声、韵、调的三维平衡,从飞行人员指令性词库中选择250个单音节词进行录音,组成5张词表(每张50字)。选择30名健听男性飞行人员对该词表进行等价性试验,在0、5、10、15、20、25 dB HL 6个强度下对每张词表进行测试,测试声强从低到高,测试词表顺序不一,记录每张词表在各强度级的正确率。使用 SPSS 26.0对测试结果分析。

0.001)。P-I曲线平均斜率为5.62%/dB;当识别率为50%时,给声强度平均值为8.92±0.21 dB HL,斜率为5.25%/dB,为曲线中最陡峭部分;识别率20%~80%线性区域平均斜率为4.39%/dB。
结论

具有粗放音位平衡特征的飞行人员指令性单音节言语词表具有较好的等价性。建立了健听飞行人员的言语识别率-强度函数曲线,可用于测试言语识别能力。
Objective

This study was to make seven Pilot Directive monosyllable word lists with phonemic balance characteristics according to pilot mandatory speech vocabulary
evaluate the equivalence of Pilot Directive monosyllable words
and establish the performance-intensity function of flight personnel with normal hearing
and improve the speech audiometry system of flight personnel.
Methods

According to the common requirements and the three-dimensional balance of Mandarin pronunciation and vowels
250 monosyllable words used by military pilots were selected
and were recorded five Pilot Directive monosyllable word lists (each table contains fifty words). Thirty male active duty pilots (the age range 18-25 years) with normal hearing were selected as study subjects

and the record the speech recognition rate of each word list at each sound intensity. The order in which each subject's test word was listed was random. SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the results.

These word lists were considered to be primarily equivalent with each other (

=0.111). The recognition rate scores showed significant differences under different sound levels (

0.001). The average slope of the P-I function was 5.62%/dB. The average sound pressure level of speech corresponding to a 50% recognition score was (8.92±0.21) dB HL
and the steep slope was 5.25%/dB. The recognition rate of 20% to 80% linear area average slope is 4.39%/dB.

Five word lists of fifty words of these Pilot Directive monosyllable words can be considered to have equal difficulty
establish the performance-intensity function
and be used to test speech recognition.
