目的

探讨正常人使用不同刺激声诱发咬肌前庭肌源诱发性电位(masseter vestibular myogenic evoked potentials,mVEMP)的差异。
方法

选取听力正常的健康受试者31人,分别使用500、1000 Hz短纯音、短声作为刺激声进行咬肌前庭诱发肌源性电位测试,记录P11、P21波潜伏期、P11-N21波间期、P11-N21振幅值,计算潜伏期对称性系数、左右侧振幅比、左右侧振幅不对称比。
结果

不同刺激声诱发的P11波、N21波潜伏期、P11-N21波间期和P11-N21振幅值差异均有统计学意义(

0.05),潜伏期对称性系数、振幅比和振幅不对称比的差异无统计学意义(

0.05)。
结论

使用500 Hz短纯音作为刺激声对听力正常的健康人诱发mVEMP,获得振幅更高,波形更易辨认,对振幅比、振幅不对称比结果无影响。
Objective

To investigate masseter vestibular myogenic evoked potentials (mVEMP) elicited by different stimuli in healthy individuals.
Methods

31 healthy subjects with normal hearing were selected. The individuals underwent mVEMP testing using distinct stimuli
including 500 Hz tone burst
1000 Hz tone burst
and click. After the testing
the latency of P11 and P21 waves
P11-N21 inter-peak intervals
and P11-N21 wave amplitudes were meticulously recorded. After data collection
calculations were conducted to determine the latency symmetry coefficient
amplitude ratio
and amplitude asymmetry ratio.
Results

Statistically significant differences were observed in the latency of P11 and N21 waves
P11-N21 inter-peak intervals
and P11-N21 wave amplitudes elicited by different auditory stimuli in mVEMP testing (

0.05). However
there were no statistically significant differences in latency symmetry coefficient
amplitude ratio
and amplitude asymmetry ratio (
P
>
0.05).
Conclusion

Employing 500Hz tone burst as stimuli for inducing mVEMP in normal individuals resulted in higher wave amplitudes and more easily distinguishable waveforms
and there was no effect on the amplitude ratio or amplitude asymmetry ratio results.
