Stabilizing Body Balance: A Study from the Perspective of Clinical Vestibular Examination Techniques
This article primarily discusses the strategies of stabilizing body balance by learning clinical vestibular medical techniques
particularly for individuals affected by damage to the vestibular system. Rehabilitation methods include balance manipulations
goal-directed movements
mechanical vibrations
and visual feedback. All of those aim to stimulate and promote readaptation of the vestibular system. These exercises can assist affected individuals in enhancing their balance
restoring everyday life functions
improving quality of life
and better meeting the demands of daily activities and work. Therefore
learning and mastering how to stabilize body balance is a crucial skill.
